I would give them a 0 if I could. I thought I was purchasing a hat for my husband. Had tracking numbers and USPS tracking stated order was delivered. Nothing was there. I went back to an email and clicked on my li k, it took me to a nothing website. I tried to look up their main website snd it is no longer there. They're scammers!!

They do not honor their ordering, shipping, receiving as advertised on their website. I ordered an item on 11/16 and it took almost 1 month to receive it. Unfortunately it arrived too late for the event that I purchased it for. I reached out to the company numerous times and explained, the item was ordered with enough time to receive it and days to spare. However, they did not ship the item within the 3 - 5 days as advertised. The item shipped 11 days after the order was placed. I also explained that the item is of no use to me, it had not been opened and I requested a refund. They did not reply to any of the emails sent to their direct company support email. They finally replied when I opened a case. At this time they are refusing to provide me with a refund and said they can not help me. I wish I would have checked more closely and read other reviews and a scam warning prior to ordering from Sixni.com
