My pick-up experience with SIXT was excellent thanks to Eliza. She was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and made the paperwork quick and smooth. Her positive attitude and genuine willingness to help made the experience stress-free and very pleasant.

I arrived at the airport after a long journey and unfortunately faced serious issues with my original rental company, which unexpectedly cancelled my 6-week booking. It was a very stressful situation, as I suddenly had no car and no clear solution.

I then went to Sixt at the airport to see if there were any possibilities to book directly on the spot. Everything changed thanks to one of your team members at the counter. He was incredibly kind, human, and understanding, and truly saved my day. He took the time to look for the best possible option for my situation and managed to find a solution that worked.

From that moment on, I felt trust, support, and reassurance. Everything went smoothly afterward, all details were clearly explained, and the covered costs were presented in a transparent and professional way.

I can genuinely say that this experience restored my confidence, and I would recommend Sixt with all my trust. Thank you for the support and for turning a very difficult moment into a positive one.

I had a truly great experience with SIXT. I needed to drive to Milan, Italy, and since the weather conditions were not ideal, the staff member Eliza kindly suggested an all-wheel-drive car. She offered it on very favorable terms, and it turned out to be a Mercedes — which was an absolute pleasure to drive. The car felt extremely safe and stable on the road, especially given the weather, and at the same time it was incredibly comfortable. I genuinely enjoyed the whole experience, not only practically but also emotionally. Everything went smoothly, I managed to do everything I had planned, and the trip itself was a real pleasure. The offer felt luxurious, the service was professional and warm, and Eliza’s help truly made a difference. Thank you very much, and see you again soon!

A scam company. The usual - return a car, they pretend they found the 35th damage in their initial report, try to invoice for things they didn't even claim (from one dent to 3 scratches on a different location and lack damage...), then try to change the initial report 9 months later to include them...

WARNING!!! - Credit Card Fraudsters!

I rented a car from Sixt in Zurich Airport in August 2025. We even took full insurance due to the horror stories where people were getting charged for damages. In October 2025 my credit card was charged for EUR 3k and the transaction was from Sixt in Switzerland! I immediately contacted my bank in Australia as to me this was a fraud. They informed me to contact Sixt as well, as it was such a coincidence that the fraud happened where we rented the car from three months before. I immediately contacted Sixt expecting urgent action, but their response has been absolutely unacceptable! They have done NOTHING to investigate, NOTHING to assist, and NOTHING to reassure me that their systems are secure. They just keeping asking for a rental agreement which I don't have as the car was rented three months prior. Furthermore, they are just pretending that they have no clue how to find my agreement under my name on their system. This is not just an inconvenience, it’s a serious security breach.
This level of negligence is shocking for an international brand. If Sixt cannot protect customer payment information or take responsibility when things go wrong, they should not be in business. I strongly urge anyone considering Sixt to avoid them at all costs. Your financial security is at risk, and they clearly do not care. I'm now in the process of searching for the customer protection and police authorities in Switzerland to report Sixt and their employees for fraud. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SIXT!
