This is either a wrong size boxed or most expectedly a manufacturing problem. The difference cannot be so huge usually.
Did you know you can return your order? It is part of our service and we do not suggest to keep walking on shoes that are too big.
After having contact with you we did not hear anything anymore so we expect all to be fine for now.
