If there was zero stars I'd give them that cashed out after winning 325 and than had to go thru extra verification process and said they can't give me it all and gave me $25 like wtf is wrong with you all and ret of money disappeared.

I made my first purchase because I had a little extra pocket change this month and ended up winning 100 dollars. Submitted verification and a redemption. I woke up this morning to an email stating It was canceled and I was banned for having multiple accounts. This is nonsense. My husband has an account and he went to login and check and he was also banned. Dont bother with this site. Its a scam. Ill also be passing this warning to the groups im in as well as the various discord channels. I had a few people ask me to let them know if they honored the redemption so they could sign up if this company is legit. Ill be telling them to stay away as well. This company just lost the business of several people.

Very horrible experience. I won some money on this site. When it was time to redeem, they lied and said I had multiple accounts, which I don't have multiple accounts and decided to close my account and not pay me my winnings. This site is bs and needs to be investigated.

Don’t flag this one cause this is a real review. I have paid to play here only two times and the two times that I did play I never got over my initial starting balance. I believe their RTP he’s probably pretty dang awful. Every time I got on this site I would have site issues like Games not loading up, when I got into the game, the buttons wouldn’t work. The screen would freeze and it’s not my phone. It’s their site. The screen wouldn’t fit my phone kept getting bigger and smaller. It’s just ridiculous. I’ve never experienced anything like this as far as being so tight and having so many flaws on their website. I didn’t play the games I wanted to because the games I wanted to play were not loading It was a nightmare from beginning to end and I’m out money because of that. This site made me want to throw my phone out the window that’s how annoying it was. Avoid these guys until they can update their software get their act together avoid them like the plague.

These folks sit at the tippy top as the worst social casino when it comes to redemptions. Coming from someone who REALLY plays.— 20 million wagered in 3 years. Over 4 millions spins. I’ve played and redeemed on 13 different sites. I’ve always been able to verify everything. All the legitimate docs. Same home for 14 years, local bank accounts for a decade, ID, etc, etc. It’s always been mostly easy and quick for each but this group is INTENTIONALLY disregarding and purposely creating FAKE issues. This isn’t some rant because I don’t get my money. It was 10k and that’s a sliver to what I’ve donated so oh well… I’m saying this because if you play there it is 100% that you are just giving them the money. There is as close to a 0% chance as could be that you will get nothing in return, even if you win. Top that off with their ridiculous limits of 1k a day/3k a week/10k a month and lastly 7 days to process….. but guess what? You’ll never get to the processing part.

I’m surprised at this point, in 2026, that this level of scummy would still be around. Way too many competitors you’re better off with now days. Early they got away with garbage but now good think they’d lose all players.

Have been trying to redeem sense January I have all the chats to back up the worst game redeeming process ever if they ever process my redemption I have been told soon in so many ways it anit funny have been passed around back and forth and no one knows anything! And the supposed management is rude ! Again I have proof

I was really happy with Sixty6 until recently when their redemption time was taking longer than usual. I would receive my redemption ls in 1 or 2 days and lately up to 7 or 8 business days. I believe their policy states 7 business days, but there are many other social on-line casinos that are next day or even 1 day for processing and payment. They have great slot games and I would like to continue playing a lot as I have in the past, but I have decreased my playtime until they fix their redemption times if they are willing to.
