Never doing business again with this company .
I ordered a coffee cup around the 1st of December. Shipping information was shotty at best, it took more then a week to get any kind of information on shipping. And once I got my package, they packaged it in a small box wrapped in butcher paper. Needless to say the cup was all smashed to hell. I emailed them (pictures included) and told them I was pissed. Was told that they would look into it. Waited more then a week to finally email them back myself and tell them at this point I didn't even want it and I wanted my money back. It was then I was told I couldn't get my money back because the order had been remade was was already shipped out. I received no information on anything. Not that it was being reprinted and not that it had already been shipped out. Emailed back to give them a few words and was told inhad received an email about it, which I did not receive any information. Had I not emailed them myself to begin with I would have never known anything. I understand that a pandemic is going on, but this is kinda ridiculous to say the least. Hopfully it will come in piece this time.
