It's imperative to heed this warning about Sjain. We had a negative experience with the founder, Shreyansh, and his teammates Rahul and Pratik, and it was clear from the beginning that something was amiss. Despite our initial doubts, we were swayed by the fabricated reviews and case studies presented by the company.
The founder's claim of being an IIT alumni is completely false.
Be extremely cautious about the payment terms. The company insists on receiving up to 50% of the payment(Advance + UI) before commencing a project, and once the payment is made, they hold all the power.
The company utilizes pre-built modules to share updates and refuses to provide core files even after payment.
After encountering numerous issues, we made the decision to sever ties with Sjain and forfeit our advance payment rather than concede to their coercive tactics.
