Sjoppii.ng
It’s the Nigerian one I guess. Ordered for 3 weeks, no delivery, customer service has been responsive but I think it’s just an elaborate scam.
They chase you up to order, offer discounts and won’t deliver, numbers don’t work, just email and lies.

Second delivery

Hi,

My 2nd order have very long delivery time.
Order date has 20.8.2022.
1st patch of the delivery received 26.9.2022.( approx 5 wks).
I still waiting for small patch of the delivery (one box of the vodka).
Maybe it will be in the destimation durimg this week?
As I understand there is some challenge with storage place transferring.

My order was missing many products

My order was missing many products: 24 bottles of beer, 24 bottles of cool gin and a box of wine. When I contacted Sjoppii, they said they can not send them to me even that they were missing??? I am very disappointed. I paid for all those kilos to the transportation company anyway.

Hello Sanna, I am very sorry for the late reply and even more for the fact that it does sometimes happen that there might be temporary supply issue with some items and therefore your shipment would be sent without them. But we always refund if there is something that would be missing from an order. Hope you will give us another try at your convenience.

I placed an order and paid shipping one…

I placed an order and paid shipping one month ago. Got confirmation of payment, but didn’t hear from them anymore. I inquired two times about the shipment, but received to automated replies with a promise to reply. No reply. Disappointing.

Hello Sergey, im sorry that you did not receive your order. My collegue was in contact with out through the customer service several times and at the end we refunded the order to you in full because it was never recovered by the shipping company.

Once again there were broken bottle, caused by poor packing. This time customerservice didn't even bother answer my query about the order..

I choosed and paid products and…

I choosed and paid products and afterconfirmation ordered delivery. Week later I have had any information about products. Information in the page says that my order is there but have no information about delivery.
I have sent two messages to the custom service but haven't have any reply. I have also contacted shipping company but haven't have any reply from them either.

I ordered 6 boxes of wine for Christmas and New Year, only four arrived.
I put the message right away but no response has come.
Should have remained Netpris' business.
Last time I order here!
