The delivery was fast and smooth. I tried other sprays that were highly rated but didn’t work, but this one actually does. I’m so happy to wake up and see these unwanted pests dead on the floor. 5 stars from me!

Ordered and requested refund
I ordered a product, which unfortunately came damaged. I sent in pictures and sent it to the team, asking for a refund (and that I would send the product back). Within about 10 minutes, I had received an email from Sebastian who said they would refund straight away and I could keep the slightly broken bottle. Although a faulty product came, they were extremely quick to help solve the problem in the best way.
