My experience with Skandika has been excellent. UPS messed up my order multiple times. Once by returning the order because “I wasn't home” (I was) and the second by delivering only partially, a problem I only noticed 6 months after. Both times, Skandika promptly offered to solve the problem for me, in both cases re-sending items.
Be careful before buying with them. They've charged my money, didn't deliver, didn't cancel, and now they don't reply my emails for weeks.
This robust rowing machine was simple to assemble. Skandika even delivered a toolset which simplified the assembly. My not so handy wife did it in no time. Price/quality wise this device is very good, simple to use and the Bluetooth feature is just amazing. W will enjoy it for a long time
