Still waiting for my order

I ordered a TV stand two months ago, but I still haven't received it. The last time I contacted customer service, they assured me it would be shipped within two weeks, yet over a month has passed since then. This is disgraceful.

Terrible service

I ordered a TV shelf in July 2024. The quality is good but the instructions were not clear and some parts did not work. In particular, the closing mechanisms and LED strips did not work. Since August, I have been chasing Skane to send me replacements - they do not answer their phone and the WhatsApp service just keeps asking me if I received the DHL tracking number. It is very frustrating that after all these months they do not send the parts or pick up their shelf!

Avoid! No order or refund received

If you are considering ordering from Skane Home, I cannot recommend enough that you don't.

Placed an order on the 27th April and still haven't received it. The orders import charges weren't paid, even though I sent a copy of the invoice I had received (at their request), and so the item was returned to sender.

I then had to contact them to ask if the order would be re-sent or refunded. We agreed for the item to be re-sent on the 4th June and I am still yet to receive any further correspondence or the order.

First of all thank you for your feedback!

I see that we had shipped this order, but due to an error our logistics partner shipped this to your UK address based on "Duties unpaid" instead of "Duties paid". Because of this, the carrier had requested you to pay duties, which is normally of course not the case. We asked you for the invoice regarding the duties, but unfortunately, we were a little late here and the package was returned. We agreed to send you a new one and offered you a compensation regarding this inconvenience.

Once again we are truly sorry for this inconvenience.
