Bad customer experience
The job has been done correctly and the electrician they hired was professional.
However, when the invoice arrived, clearly they are charging extra 35 mins as 1 hour for the labor because the electrician drove the car for 42 mins on the 34 km round trip.
They do not care if the cable has used up to the package price (like 12 meters for standard installation) and they charge the max meter of material even you just used 1 meter, while they will clearly NOT forgetting invoicing for 5 mins extra time.
I was the returning customer (installed one before on the previous radhus), did idealistic thought this would be better handled, yet again proven otherwise.
Given 2 stars because I at least have the box installed and usable, but the customer experience is rly bad, so choose others, do NOT recommend skarebo at all, they just care about money, and no care of the customer.
or just choose the electrician you know because skarebo outsourcing installation anyway and charged above the market price anyway.

Your offer for the Easee charger with installation was original 7'469 SEK after tax reduction based on your conditions. This offer you accepted. But infact your final invoice was only 6'602 SEK after tax reduction.
So you paid 867 SEK less, than the fixed price you had been offered and accepted. We were not obligated to reduce the price as you got a fixed price from us, but as the installation was less work than first anticipated we reduced your final invoice based on the final outcome of your installation in this case.
Therefor we can't really understand your feedback, as this saved you nearly 1000 SEK, compared to original price offer you had accepted.
We are definitely sorry that you are dissatisfied, but what we do not understand is that your dissatisfaction is based on the pricing, where you infact did get to pay a lot less than the fixed price you accepted for your order.
If there is some misunderstanding of if the invoice is not clear, we are more than happy to explain this, but in our opinion this should have made you happy, knowing you got to pay less than anticipated...

Excellent customer service
I had a charging box installed at my summerhouse. I found Skårebo very helpful and they followed up quickly to all my questions. They put the customers need in the first place. I would highly recommend them.
