Great communication and shipping information. The inclusion of proper customs documentation is top notch service. I don't want to jinx myself but 2 orders via UPS to Canada and I haven't been hit with the dreaded brokerage charges. So free shipping really is free!

careful with sizing chart. size up at least one size
the skates actually looked great, but due to a poor sizing chart, they did not arrive even close to fitting. then I had a lot of trouble figuring out how to get a label and lost money on shipping and also the sharpening fee. other than that, I felt my contact with the company was most professional.

The product is good quality
The product is good quality. I thought free mounting of bindings meant that the bindings would actually come on the skis, not just have holes pre-drilled in the skis for mounting. Disappointed as I’m not too confident using a drill on my new equipment.
