Very misleading delivery…
Very misleading website and delivery times. I ordered a number of things and before you pay they tell you a delivery range.. once you pay it changes.. typically not a big problem but frustrating but this time I am furious, I wouldn't have purchased from them if I had known that the delivery was going to take as long as it has. I am really disappointed with the follow up as well, as it was pretty much "tough s h*t" I will not use them again after being a repeat customer for many years

We're sorry to read you're not satisfied this time. The delivery range does not change after placing an order. The receipt we have is the confirmation email that gets sent the day the order is made. This email contains the estimated delivery time frame, so the days in which the currier will deliver the parcel. The customer is aware from the very beginning about the delivery time.
There's an important note on the shipping info page that says:
"2-5 business days, if all items ordered are in stock. The expected delivery date will be clearly shown at the time of purchase.
Please note that we do not ship your order until we have all items in stock. If the shipment is delayed, an automatic email
will be sent with the new date."
This shipment was delivered on time and you were informed about the dates.
However, we're sorry for the trouble it might have caused.

In the description of the db standard streamline M skimboard, it said it was 1kg heavy, but it’s 5+kg heavy

7.4 pounds (3.36 kg) to be exact
Please note that if you weight the board after being in water the weight might be altered.
