My order was late and since it was a present, I arrived at the party without the present....

ordered a product for 450, and the same product for sale on another site for 267. I made a claim to their price guarantee policy which they rejected. their reason was that the other site should have the same domain country. I proved to them that the domain country was the same and then said their policy concerns physical shops of which they themselves even do not have one in the registered domain country. Thus I find their business practices very misleading and very consumer-unfriendly.

My response on skatepro's response.

1. Yes, I did ask for a pricematch after the purchase (albeit litteral minutes). However this is possible at most stores online these days, for example zalando etc. Thus maybe not so customer friendly.

2. Even without the black friday discount the difference in price is still more than €100. Which you also were not willing to match.

3. You site clearly states that that the pricematch is not based on sites that are not based in the netherlands.
The site from which I bought has a dutch domain name : .nl which per law does make the domain based in the netherlands.
(For clarification the skatepro HQ itself is in DENMARK) thus your comapany itself is according to your own statements then not based in the netherlands???

Your reaction in trying to discredit my claim is losely thus based solely on your subjectivity. This in combination with the poor resolvement and response to the issue shows that you company is not customer friendly and does mislead its customers.

Everything happened as expected. Delivery within 2 days, 0 problem.

Great customer service. The lace hooks of my skates broke within the warranty period. The agent was very helpfull and made sure I got a new pair without any costs.

I ordered skates as a Christmas present for my wife. They arrived well in time and in perfect condition, so I'm very happy with that.

Unfortunately, my wife finds them too stiff for her ankles and will be returning them. The return process seems easy enough.

Everything was as expected. Only a minor scratch on the grip-tape but I can live with that.

I didn’t receive my products at the end. After more than I week I found out that they came back to the DPD as the address was “incorrect address” but I checked and the address was completed correctly. Now still waiting for a refund. I am quite disappointed.

Incomplete bearing set was delivered, we’re supposed to have 16 bearings but we’re only 14… would like to have the last 2 delivered as well.
