This company ought to be shutdown and it's site shouldn't be on the web. When you place an order you get no acknowledgement. You then contact them through their site and via email and you get no reply. Luckily I paid via PayPal so my next move is to get the refund, then make a complaint to PayPal in the hope that PayPal will close their account. My advice is obviously do buy from them!!!;

Very bad experience with this shop. My order never arrived and never got reimbursed (paid on June 2020, now we are December 2020 and nothing).

Make yourself a favor and order from legit shops such as Grindhouse or Rollerwarehouse!

It took some time for Andy to confirm my order, turned out they had run out of my size. I told him my measurements and he suggested one size larger than my original order. The team communicated with me quickly to find a solution. I trusted his expertise and it turned out he was correct! Finally received the skates today after 6 weeks of customs drama from Germany to USA. They fit like a dream and I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks Andy!

Ordered in June. Received nothing. Not answering email or phone calls. Clearly a Scam.

Scam!!! Order 16th May 2020 , reply from then after 1 month (no stock) . Until now still can’t get my refund ( paid via visa ) pls do no order from them !!!!

No answer for two weeks, no update -- do these people exist ? Buy your skates somewhere else.

Never buy without PayPal, lesson learned.
Money sent via bank transfer... was a stupid idea, them took the money and now are pretending never received it, while I’ve proof of payment.

Police should do smth to them, but in Germany it seems them are not so efficient as we like to think... I’ll make sure to check if it is so.
Gave the papers to my lawyer will update if he will find a way to correct the matter

This company accept my payment over a month ago for a pair of skates.
They did not an have no plans to ship the product that I bought. They also refused to refund.

This company is a total scam, the owner ANDREAS HILEBRAND should be taken to jail for scamming people with his fake website that pretends to sell incline skate.

Do not ever make a purchase from skatesolution.com, they will just steal your money and run.

Do not order from them, they are a SCAM website. They take payment but don't sell the product and don't reply to any queries via email or phone. AVOID.

They are criminal. They list skates as in stock when they are out of stock. They are unreachable, despite having hundreds of dollars of your money in their accounts. They insist that they will ship when they receive new stock, but they are just killing time so that you can not reverse the charges. Do not buy from them.

Obviously, with all these bad reviews, SkateSolution.com is a scam site. It is owned by Andreas Hildebrand; have a look at the /Team-1 page at SkateSolution.com. He also runs a YouTube channel by the same name.
This is what you can do:
First, you can file a ‘scam website’ report to the police in your country. Police departments in many countries are taking internet scam more and more serious, but they need you to report on the scam websites. Just google ‘how to report a scam website to the police’ in your language.
Second, you can write a review on TrustPilot (well, you read this, so I guess you figured that one out yourself).
Third, you can go to the SkateSolution YouTube channel and write about your experiences with SkateSolution.com.

PLEASE BE AWARE! DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!The same happened to me! I didn't read this reviews and sadly I checked only their Social Media...where they for sure cracked some codes because there is no way with all those bad reviews to have such a high grade there. I ordered and nothing happened... I tried several times to get in contact with them... And finally that Andy guy... Told me he is sorry, they don't have them anymore. But the skates are on the website... Available to everyone of course. I don't know why no one does ANYTHING to close this website... But they are SCAMS!

i ordered a pair os usd inline skates on december 2019. they also told me it is out of stock, and dont answer my emails anymore. thiefs!!

I ordered skates for Christmas on November 13th. I kept waiting for a notice that they had shipped. I wrote them many times for information. They were very slow to even reply. On December 9th they finally said that the skates were no longer available even though they were still available to be ordered online! They wanted me to substitute another kind but I did not like them and asked for a refund. It is now February and I have not received one.I am out over $142.00. My advice is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY!!!

On 3 September 2019 I made an order on this website for pair of POWERSLIDE, after two days they sent me an email says the item I purchased is out of stock, I asked them by email on September 7th to cancel the order, and they didn't refund my money, and I sent them too many emails following up on my request and they finaly replied on September 11th they will refund, and they didn't upto today 14th of September!! BE AWARE!!
