I bought shoes from your company

I bought shoes from your company. I previously ordered size 37 and they were fine, but the ones I received are too small. I wanted to ask where I can return them and order a larger size. Please provide the address where I can return them. Thank you, Beata Sowizdzal.

trusted quality

Always trusted quality of skechers. My husband and I especially love the slip ins because it really is no fuss when you're in a hurry. No need to bend down or anything. Not even laces, which is really irritating when it gets unlaced however tight you do it.

Great shoes, poor delivery/service

I ordered Skechers about three weeks ago. After a full week with no updates, I discovered the parcel had been sent to the wrong person and I wasn’t informed. I’ve had to go back and forth with support for another week, and the replacement will take another 8 days IF all goes according to plan. Product quality is great, but the delivery and communication were disappointing.

Parcel I payed for got lost in the post. My order arrived in Norway and cleared…

My order arrived in Norway and cleared customs 14 days ago, but I never got my order. Phoned customer service on Friday (5 days ago today) and yes there was a problem, the parcel was missing after clearing customs but he assured me they would track it and keep me informed. I havn’t heard a word since and I fear the money I spent is lost!!

Recommend

Easy to order, pretty fast delivery, easy to return, money back in few days. Bought one on sale, was too small, I was helped to order new size at the same price after the sale ended. On negative, the quality might disappoint sometimes, but the sole is top. Also, the size can differ a lot, I had to return a few

Liked the product

Liked the product, but I did not like that I could not return the shoes in a Skechers shop even though I bought them online. Also, I could not simply exchange the shoes for a larger size. I had to return it and send in a new order. This was inconvenient because I bought them on sale the first time, and did not get the same price the second time around.
