My booking went without a major issues…
My booking went without a major issues but there was no facility provided to book our seats in whatever the available areas. I have checked with Singapore Airlines and they keep asking my passport copy to link to my Krisflyer account. That means there is no trust of their customers. However if you have provided the seat booking at the same time with or without additional pay would have been excellent.
Also you should arrange some kind of privileges for Seniors, money is not a concern and that kind of service will take you to the top of the rest of the competitors.

Added flight costs
Hello There,
Have used Skidoo for previous flights etc and a couple of constructive complaints to note when booking than are not obvious:
1. Claiming loyalty points via the relevant airlines booked is not always automatic and we have had to apply in retrospect. A statement mentioning this would help (or maybe not!!).
2. I noticed in my latest booking on Garuda Airlines that in getting to the end of the process and just before payment, payment was required for both the flight Sydney to Denpasar and return (different seat costs east flight). There were no fee free seats available.
I have been informed this cost would not apply had we booked directly with the Airline.
If this is so, I would hesitate using an online agency.
Some clarification of this would be most appreciated.

Couldn't be easier
Couldn't be easier. Chose initially on dates and length of flights to India. Booked on line with Skiddoo who offered shortest route and within hours received my itinary from them. Simple.
