Swindles customers for money

I have used SkillBoxes a couple of times for event bookings and had the same issue with them multiple times. They would open events at a certain price for early bird tickets and then screw the early bird customers by providing cheaper tickets last minute due to low sales. The first time was a NYE party and they dropped the prices last minute as there was not enough traction—no additional benefits to compensate the early bird customers. They did the same again recently with The Warehouse Project where my friend had bought an early bird ticket and she wanted me to join so I got one as well. Closer to the event they made the event BOGO so I could have just saved and not bought a ticket and used my friend’s ticket. Ended up wasting a whole ticket and when I even asked them for a refund, they went quiet. Such an unethical platform with no standards. Atleast with District and BookMyShow they have not pulled this kinda crap. I hope they fail and close.
