I love that I leave an honest review and of course they say some polite stuff back in public but the chat support they literally just stonewalled me in every direction. I've asked to speak to management and the refuse to assist me in that by saying my case has been reviewed and that they wont address it anymore because the case has been closed as they found no wrong done. Meanwhile I just would like to speak to management to have my side heard. But they refuse to make that happen. Instead I habe to deal with the same agent that my whole complaint is about in the first place. But they claim to have the best support in the business
