product description says it has the double tape included but was not there and also it was not dispatched unless I called customer care and then only it was dispatched

I called and got immediately a nice lady on the line who corrected the text and send a confirmation of the correction by mail. A few days later I received the plate. A disadvantage is that you can only use one lettertype and size for the text. This should be improved.
