My 1st time buying from Skimo. I was looking for a pair of light weight crampons & they had what I was looking for. Everything about my purchase was top shelf. There was an issue with the address and they addressed ASAP
& got my package in the mail in time for my early conditions adventure.
I’m an old school guy that very much appreciated the old school customer service.

The site originally steered me to the wrong strap for my ski boots since it did not contain pictures or a great description of this particular small item. But upon getting the wrong strap, a phone call that actually got me to a person instead of automated phone purgatory helped get the right strap. I'll give it five stars for making the return and exchange easy with a helpful person.

Thes folks were amazing! I haven't been skiing since '90, so I had ALOT of questions, the team at SKIMO did a very patient and kind virtual hand holding job, and walked me through all of my concerns and in the end I wound up with, what I believe, are the actual winged boots of Mercury, god of speed. My combined skis, bindings, boots, and poles weigh less that 10 Lbs (4-5 kilos? Don't really know imaginary metric system) Magico.2 skis w/skins & poles, vario.2 bindings, scarpa F1 LT boots) cannot wait to get on the slopes on the first year round skiing in the ol' U.S. of A.! (I bet) shipping and assembly was FAST! They mounted the bindings and shipped the same day I ordered, and I ordered at 2 pm on a Friday! I think these people might love their jobs, but to know will require more MONEY! But first, I must go slide off some mountains like warm butter on hot pankakes!

The staff member was knowledgeable and very helpful. He was clearly an expert.
