I’m a skims onyx member and this is my first time doing a return and it was pretty seamless to do so. I really enjoyed the drop off process as it took only maybe 3 mins. I do plan to reorder a new size for the same item as I wish exchanges were available.

The out of stock scenario makes…

The out of stock scenario makes shopping here feel like a waste of time. Its always a struggle for most of the active clothing Ive been buying for years from skims is now more expensive and there are not enough colors so I've basically lost interest... Ive been wating for the boyfriend crop top and a few other things that I don't think are coming back...

disappointed in quality

While I am usually beyond satisfied with my skims purchases, this time I was a bit disappointed. The bottom of my pants fell off the day I wore them. I wrote it off to them being clearance but still, I expect great quality from an item that typically costs much more.

Service needs a small fix

I like Skims goods - design and quality, they deliver what they promise. However, lately, started to experience problems with customer service and logistics. Example, I order merchandise via app, but next day it just gets cancelled with no explanation. For logistics, my smaller order has been in transit for so long that it came smelling of smoke, fungi and cheap air refresher. Those small things are very annoying.

I purchased online from the UK website

I purchased online from the UK website, however to return it back it was a challenge, the customer service did not respond, how to return was no clear instructions, after I returned the item the company did not refund me. So if you would like to purchase and you in the UK use a third party for it. If you think by paying PayPal you secured, think again as PayPal does not comply with UK law they told me that UK consumer law means nothing to them.

This company literally stole my money

This company literally stole my money. I returned two items, they received both of them, and I have NOT been refunded for a single one.
Instead of a refund, they sent me some fake, meaningless papers. I went to my bank, and they told me these documents are complete nonsense — no bank account number, no transaction reference, NOTHING. Just garbage.
They lied to me, saying the refund was sent. It was NOT. This is pure deception.
Returns with this company are a TOTAL LIE — once they have your money, you will never see it again.
This is a shady, dishonest business that scams customers.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
If you buy something and need to return it — forget it. Your money is gone.
Absolutely disgusting experience. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

No refunds !

The biggest issue is that I did not receive any refunds for over two months after returning my items.

Only after repeatedly following up did SKIMS finally start processing refunds, and even then the refunds were incomplete. Some items are still missing. For one order, I was refunded for only one item, despite returning four items. For another order, I am still waiting for a refund for a black bra that was returned as well.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase their own money for months, especially when returns were completed correctly. The entire process feels disorganized and careless, which is very disappointing for a brand positioned as premium.

Due to this experience, I have lost trust in SKIMS and will not be ordering again.

Fabric not up to the job

Thought they will send it but they refunded me without asking what I would prefer. I will not be ordering that item again, if that was their plan. Got the same thing in different colour and feels low quality material already.

After purchasing my “seamless”…

After purchasing my seamless shapewear from Skims, I am extremely disappointed. Not only are the panty lines very visible, so much for “seamless,” but the garment arrived ripped in several places. The fabric feels weak and defective, almost as if it’s rotten. This is not the quality I expected at all. I’ve been turned around twisted into sending and resending images of the damage and still no solution. So disappointing and a rip off, literally.
So they finally refunded my money today. God bless.
