Ordered a cordless hair curler. Seen them advertised on Facebook with lots of wonderful comments so thought I’d give them a try. I wish I’d not bothered!

It arrived and after charging it a full day, I started to curl my hair. I have shoulder length hair. I managed to do one quarter of my head of hair before the battery went. So, I plugged it in and tried to continue but the charge going into it wasn’t enough for it to work.
While it does produce lovely curls, there’s not enough battery power to do a full head. It did knot my hair at times which was frustrating.

Then there comes the customer service…or lack of it! I emailed them to return. No reply. Bearing in mind you only have 14 days to return. I emailed them again…no reply.

I bought via PayPal so I raised a case. Then they responded stating I needed to send to Canada (I’m in the UK). Interesting because the product came from an address in Ipswich, UK. I priced up shipping and it almost cost as much as I paid for the item itself. So, I couldn’t be bothered to go to the effort.

Basically, I’m writing this to hopefully help others not make the same mistake I did. Don’t buy!

Purchased a cordless curler Oct 22. Charge lasted 5 mins max from first use. I did get a response when I first contacted them and they offered to send a long charger cable out, so I could use on charge/plugged in. Still only get 2-5 mins charge. Now not responding to any communication requesting a refund for a clearly faulty product. I've had to resort to my bank to get my money back. Avoid as product poor and customer service worse.

Do not buy the led face mask. As soon as you receive it you will not want to put it anywhere near your face. From the horrendous packaging to the poorly written instructions I did not let it get anywhere near me. In addition, returns have to be sent to Canada! It will cost you half the price of the product to return it. Do not buy.

Purchased hair curler last May.. it partially heated up once and never again. Tried to email, send message via Facebook and Instagram and no response. I posted a negative review on their site about the lack of customer service which has never been published.

The hair curler purchased in April stopped charging after a couple of uses, all e-mail /online form complaints I have made have been ignored. Very disappointed.

Scammers !!!!
Do not buy from!!!

Received faulty hair curler’s that did not work, they said that they would not refund as they were opened ???!!!

It appears they delete all negative feedback from Facebook.
