First, I attempted to withdraw my funds, but due to delays in your system, I was unable to access my money for about 2–3 weeks. Failure to transfer the balance to my account.
On July 3, 2026, at 22:15, I sold a skin for $29.52 and waited for the 7-day trade restriction to expire. Once the restriction was lifted and the funds were ready for transfer, I initiated the process to transfer the $27.16 balance to my account on July 12, 2026, at 00:47; however, the amount in question has not yet been deposited into my account. I have tried to contact you via email, but your support team keeps stalling me—asking me to check the RRN number one moment and the ARN number the next. I have made transactions on other sites as well, and they transferred my funds within the specified timeframe, whereas you keep putting me off. Please resolve my issue immediately.
