I just completed the skin analysis quiz. The process was very straightforward and I did not encounter any issues. The images uploaded quickly as well. I am looking forward to finding out the formula the Dermatology Team decide on, and then receiving my trial pack.

I have light pigmentation, i don't want harsh treatment i need something that is going to work.

What a fab service! It was super easy to sign up and complete the online questionnaire, and it allowed me to focus on what I'm actually looking for in a skin care routine.
The products seem to include all the A-list ingredients that fight aging and dull skin. Which are my personal battle zones. Fingers crossed I've found my go-to products for the future.

I've seen a positive change in my skin since starting, I'm in month 3 and came to skin and me form help with acne. I know from experience that these things take time to work so it's worth sticking it out. The dispenser is great and ensures that your product lasts all month. I plan to keep going to see if the positive improvement continues.

I saw a FB advertisement for a starter kit for £4.99, I applied and after a very tedious questionnaire they somehow managed to try to send me a daily dose!
I feel like it was false advertising. I have contacted customer services in the hope it can be resolved. Not a very good experience I’m afraid.

Unfortunately, this product has left me with some sort of dermatitis on my face. With 6 weeks til my wedding, I am more self-concious than I was before. The first daily doser was fine but within a few days of the second it has damaged my skin and I am praying it heals before my wedding or hoping the GP or pharmacist can help! I stopped using the moisturiser because it left my skin so greasy!

Im writing this review as ive received an email with a request to do so. I am not impressed with my experience in fact have been left confused. I wanted to try a formula for hyperpigmentation, as it actually advertised this. After sending my photos I was informed I couldn't be helped by skin + me and should contact my GP with no further details on why. This of course caused a bit of panic...is there something wrong with me? Is my hyperpigmentation too extreme? Have they identified something else? There should certainly be more clear reasoning. I was informed id receive a refund, however I have literally just received another email saying a dermatologist is reviewing my consultation so now i have no idea whether im getting a cream or not. I wont be happy if they just send the generic one rather than the personalised one as if they do I will assume the introductory sample offer is a scam making you think you'll get a personalised product to then just get the cheaper generic cream. Will see what happens!

I’ve struggled with acne originally on my forehead and then it spread across all areas of my face and i’ve tried all sorts and nothing helped. I'm on my 3rd tube of Skin+Me Tretinoin mixture cream and I've definitely noticed the difference with my skin. I'm really liking the gradual increase in strength so my skin can tolerate it. The only star it loses is because I do think its quite expensive after the first month.

I came across this company whilst looking for skin care solutions to meet my needs. Skin+Me caught my attention as its vegan and cruelty free,both very important to me. The products sound perfect for me and I'm very hopeful of a positive outcome...after years of failed trials and ,it seems,thousands of errors...I'm really looking forward to a product actually working for me,it'll make a change!! The recommendations sound great as do the glowing reports on this company and its service!

I was very skeptical about using this product but after much deliberations, I decided to give it a try, just a month plus into using this product and my acne is gone, the dark spots has reduced significantly too. I'm thankful I gave this product a trial. Will recommend anytime 💯

Highly recommend! Simple and easy set up, items are always delivered on time. I have been using this for 2 months so have just finished my second tube. I saw results within the first month. I was having deep cystic acne each month (hormonal) that took weeks to calm down, so by the time it settled a new spot came up as it was that time of month again. Since using the personalised cream from Skin + Me, I have not had further cystic breakouts (only the occasional tiniest little non-cystic spots that clear up within 2-3 days). Also, within 2 weeks the flare-up I'd had before starting Skin + Me had calmed, skin texture was much improved, and skin tone was also much more even. I have a history of cystic acne and was previously on isotretinoin for about 6 months back in 2020-2021 which cleared it all up and I generally had no major skin issues until about 6 months ago when I started noticing deep painful cystic acne that came up around the time I was on my period each month. Skin + Me has made a huge difference and given me much of my confidence back, I'm very glad to have found an easily accessible product that works for me! I personally did not experience any purging at all, but I am aware that other people have had purging with their creams so this will likely just depend on what ingredients you have and how your skin reacts to them.
