Even tho my issue was user error. They were quick and eager to help. Best customer service team i have seen for a third party cs skin retailer.

I had recently bought a knife from Skinbid for roughly 600 EUR, and I had happened to forget that I was tradebanned for a week, and after I told their customer service about my problem, they cancelled the payment and I recieved the money back within 24 hours, no hidden fees, no nothing. Nescu and Techno helped out a lot, it was all thanks to them I got my money back. Best support team out there, 10/10 would recommend!

I recently ran into a situation where I didn’t realize that after certain account changes, you need to wait 15 days before trading skins again. By mistake, I ended up purchasing two skins during that restricted period and was worried about what would happen.

I reached out to Skinbid support, and Nescu responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. They canceled the payments right away and explained everything clearly, with a super friendly attitude. I really appreciated how patient and professional they were throughout the whole process.

Someone hacked into my steam acc and stole my balance(800€). Skinbid support managed to get me my balance back after a lot of exchanged emails. The operator(Luciano) was super nice and communicative,making sure I'm not panicking. I appreciate the help enormously.
