It came in a plain, white, flabby box that only said “Skincare Options” on it, nothing else on any sides of the box. No instructions whatsoever inside, either. First use the machine made a crackling sound but I wasn’t feeling any tingling sensation or anything so now I’m scared if it. It’s clearly a cheap knock off of something else that probably doesn’t work either.

Dont buy their laser IPL machine. Its done absolutely nothing but waste my time for months. No results, and no response after i emailed them.

I purchased an IPL device, and shortly after I discovered I'm pregnant and have been advised not to use the device. I contacted straight away to ask to return the device for a refund - which they said they would give me, but it's been almost a month and I've heard nothing. The device costs £20 to post back, and Skincare Options are also not refunding postage on their end. Awful customer service, cheap product and a very inconvenient return policy.

I purchased the at home “IPL” device in January. The site said you have 90 days to try it and if it doesn’t work or you’re not satisfied you can return it. They then shut the site down and the only way to see my order was through email. I used that email from January to request a refund and they asked for a “video” as evidence to return it but wouldn’t say what that needed to be, nor was that part of the return policy when I purchased the item. Then they stopped responding and flagged my review to be removed. Now I’m having to contact my bank to get my money back. The device is a knock off made to look like an IPL device but actually does nothing and does not feel or function like real IPL devices.

Skincare Options I'd give zero if I could. Rip off company, product not genuine, was made in China, in completely different packaging. No contact details, illegitimate money back guarantee and now the website does not exist!! I raised a dispute with my bank and should receive a refund from them.

Completely bogus refund policy for a product that does absolutely nothing - don’t waste your money!

Product received but it's defective won't refund. So now I need to take it up with my credit card company. This company is based in china !!! I think it's not right you sent my order incorrectly but you expect me to post the item out of my own pocket all the way to china !!! This is unacceptable!!!

Ordered an $198 nail lamp, received a $20 knock off from China, no response from company, they will scam you out of your money, would recommend avoiding this company.

Awful company. Ordered and IPL device, when it arrived it was cheap and flimsy looking. I wanted to return the device but I am have been informed the company won’t accept returns so I have wasted nearly £80. Please avoid Skincare options.

I have been using this device for a few weeks now and have already noticed positive changes in my skin when using the infrared and sonic settings. My skin looks clearer and smoother and I have to admit that the combination of the heated light and the gentle sonic action is very soothing. I hope to see further improvements over time. It's quick and easy and only takes a few minutes each night. The controls are easy to use and the product itself is easy to use. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.

China items. Hasn't been arrived as it is packed on their website, but in a cheap box from China. Gel is ruining skin, not healthy

I bought this massager mostly because of my varicose veins. I read somewhere that when you massage the varicose veins, after some time they disappear. So i bought it to try. I dont have much cellulite. All in all this massager did help with my varicose veins, they became smaller and could barely see them. I did about 10-15 every morning and evening before a shower. I would recommend to friends to try it out. I would say though, its not a miracle worker. You have to use it consistently to see long lasting better results, not just once or when you feel like it and then expect best results.

This has definitely helped with many trouble areas on the back of my legs, diet and exercise as well LOTS of water but I’m definitely seeing an improvement.

Great products at an affordable price, I definitely recommend Skincare Options

Update 16/03/22 Pleasantly surprised to have received a reply from Jane. After sending a video to show the device was not working, she has instructed the warehouse to send me a replacement!
Original posting: I bought the ultrasonic cavitation machine at the end of October and it arrived promptly at the beginning of November. I didn’t get around to using it until after Christmas and it has stopped working today. I have contacted the company and will see if I get a response. I don’t think this is a miracle product so don”t get sucked in by all the reviews and before and after photos on their website. I am unable to find the Lux Life Beauty Award and endorsement by Vogue for this product.
On the plus size the lipoma on my arm has shrunk a little but not sure if it’s down to the device or some homeopathic remedies I’ve been using so for that reason I have given 2 stars (upgraded to 3 stars on 16/03/22 following the response from Jane) to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Scam company! Avoid at all costs. Product arrived and was faulty. I tried to return the product and get credit but no response from the company.

Please beware that this might be a scam. I have had to charge back through PayPal a faulty product due to no response from this company. Silence is worrying.

The website is currently down and none 301073 of my order links are working. I hope my order comes in and this isn’t a scam. Will edit if anything new happens.

Edit : My package came in today so coast is clear. Will review again when I actually use the product.
