All my treatments were done by Aglaia and I can assure you that she’s really good and and makes you feel comfortable as much as possible. I do believe that they are all good in this place and I will 100% recommend this place to whoever is looking for a skin care treatment.

Absolutely great! Miss Aglaia is amazing, she just makes the whole experience so easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I've just has my second lot of microneedling with Aglaia - she is amazing! She's so calm and kind. She explains everything to you and really makes sure you feel comfortable. Can't rate her highly enough! Excited for my third and final treatment with her.

I had 5 laser hair removal treatments with Aglaia at the clinic and I’m very satisfied with the treatment and results. The customer service at the clinic is great and the staff are welcoming. Best place to have laser hair removal in Leeds. I've had laser hair removal before in a different part of the country the service was good there but I had a different technician at every appointment. I was slightly nervous at trying this place as it's much smaller and I knew I could have the same technician for every session and wasn't sure how I feel about this. I did not have to worry! All the staff are super friendly and professional. Aglaia has a wonderful way of putting you at ease and explains everything to you you. You can tell that she really cares about the results for her clients. Reception staff are also wonderful of calling you back and reminding you of appointments and also confirming appointment times. It's the only place that I found that does the ND yag laser in Leeds which is important if you have dark skin and I'm so so glad and relieved that it is such a great place to have laser hair removal sessions. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.
