I have really good experiences with this website. Their products are authentic and of good value, and the customer service is excellent.

I emailed them a week and a half ago about a few products and they gave me a service beyond what i expected. I will definitely use this site again in the future for my purchases.

This is my number one favourite online store. Customer service is extremely helpful and you even get little gifts and samples when ordering. They have great offers and discounts. To me it feels like they truly care about their customers. My experience with this company has been nothing but positive.

I have dealt with many cosmetics websites as I am a bit of a beauty products junkie and this company stands way above any of its competitors when it comes to customer services. I stupidly ordered the wrong item ,they immediately emailed me a free postal return form to download and in five days I had the correct product sent to me and the price difference refunded into my account . Returns can be a costly ,time consuming procedure ......with this company however it really is Effortless Skin!

I absolutely LOVE to order from this website! I didn't buy so many or expensive products but they still gave me like 5 giveaway products in the package and It's all wrapped up so nicely and beautiful. I would really recommend this site! :)

I received an incorrect product in my first order, the costumer service told me to keep the incorrect product instead of returning it to them - and I was told that my correct product was going to be send out to me today.

I ordered 3 products for "1-3 Working Days" delivery. One product didn't arrive in time, so they upgraded that product to one size larger (100ml to 400ml)! WOW. I have never seen such an amazing customer service. Was my first time ordering with them too. This company has just won one loyal costumer!

Skincity manages to make you feel like you're not just another customer. And in return they don't feel like just another online shop.

It's small things that adds up to them being better than the rest.

Product descriptions are detailed and includes proper lists of ingredients.
They provide small, but neat, gifts by default. During check out you can simply check off a box if you happen to not want the little gifts.
The packaging is very nicely done.

Delivery isn't super fast, but to me that's a tiny pay off considering the brilliant service.
