I made an agreement with one of the clowns running the site to buy a Kukri Knife Case Hardened, using my existing, slightly cheaper Kukri CH as part of the payment. The payment was to be split into a purchase and a sale — I would pay for the new knife, complete the trade, and then sell my old one. The sale part went smoothly and the money was sent directly, but the purchase started dragging on.
After about five hours, I started asking what was going on, only to find out they didn’t even have the knife. Apparently, they had already sold it to someone else. Naturally, I asked for a refund and for my knife back. Getting the money back wasn’t a problem, but they wanted to sell me back my own knife at a higher price than what I got for it.
Absolutely ridiculous — I wouldn’t recommend these bums to anyone!

Vi beklagar att denna situation upplevdes som frustrerande. I det aktuella ärendet var affären upplagd som två separata transaktioner – ett köp och en försäljning – där försäljningen genomfördes korrekt och betalning skickades enligt överenskommelse.
När det gällde köpet uppstod tyvärr en situation där föremålet inte längre fanns tillgängligt, vilket vi informerade om så snart det blev klart. Köpesumman återbetalades därefter utan dröjsmål.
När frågan om att köpa tillbaka det tidigare sålda föremålet uppstod justerades priset till samma nivå som vi ursprungligen kommit överens om, för att undvika att kunden skulle missgynnas.
Vi tar till oss kritiken kring tydlighet i processen och arbetar kontinuerligt med att förbättra kommunikationen för att undvika missförstånd framöver.
