Pure scammers!

I was trying to buy something online, and when I moved to the payment, the payment page of these scammers came up. I simply thought that they might be an agent of the online shop so I went ahead and paid, but made sure to uncheck the recurring membership fee. After the payment, they started sharing these weird membership details which I never intended to be a part of, and I realised that I failed to buy the product I wanted.

On accessing their account, it stated that I am entitled to pay the recurring membership fee of 46.00 EUR! Ridiculous! I asked them to cancel my account via the live chat (because the site blocked me from cancelling), and they initiated a request which would take 14 days, whereas the next payment is scheduled in 3 days! Just imagine the level of incompetency!

Took me 4 tries with their live chat and more than 2 hours to finally make them cancel my account immediately, at a point of which, they asked for more money for immediate cancellation! Only when I mentioned how they are violating the GDPR policies did they pay attention to my request. I got handed over to 7 different customer support representatives before they could cancel my account, and when I requested that they confirm over email that no further payments will be taken, they said it would take 24 hours, but still no luck on the email confirmation.

I will go ahead and report to all authorities about their scams so that they may be obstructed as much as possible before they go scamming other people.

Do not trust this company. It is a scam.
It started with a SHEIN mystery box. They trick you into subscribing to their page and then deduct money from your account saying they will process a refund.
I can't cancell the subscription on my side and have asked many times that they cancell it. See how they trick you to get a good rating as per the below email example.
