I joined the Discord server to sort out a few concerns I had, and a staff member named Justin helped me through everything. He was really friendly, patient, and took the time to explain my issue clearly while suggesting ways I could improve and fix it. The customer service was genuinely great and made the whole experience smooth and stress free.
I highly recommend him as a valuable part of the Skinport team. I’d definitely use the Discord support again in the future. I also love buying and selling on Skinport, especially the private sell feature with its low fees. Paying just one fee to sell and no fee to withdraw money is a big advantage compared to other CS marketplaces.

Their website and service is great. The site's functions work really well, it's easy to buy and sell skins. I also had the experience to use their support - Their response time was within 5 minutes which was quite refreshing to see. Overall positive experience, definitely one of the best CS market sites.

Trustworthy!
I have done tens of thousands of dollars in transactions on this site so far. I have never had a single problem until now. However, despite being a high-end customer, they have never even done the smallest favor for me. Other than that, I have generally been very satisfied with this site. I still have around $30,000 worth of skins listed for sale there. I would still recommend it to everyone. 🙂

When I try to pay getting payment failed
When I try to pay with my card, the payment fails automatically; it doesn't process 3D Secure or any other transaction. I also get the same payment failure error when trying other payment methods (like Apple Pay). I suspect Skinport has blocked my account from making purchase payments. I started experiencing this problem today. I've been making purchases on the site for a month without any issues. I want this problem resolved.

Bots taking all the discounted items
Bots taking all the items the second they are available, but if you refresh your site twice, you get flagged for farming.
Item says “available at 9am”, you wait hours and it says “Soon”. After a while its already sold.
Other items are not worth buying, and those discounted ones are instantly bought by bots.

If you try to purchase an item by repeatedly refreshing its individual page, you would need to catch the exact right moment, or be extremely lucky, to buy a highly sought-after item at a good price, as it may already be sold before the page refreshes. The live page (https://skinport.com/market?sort=date&order=desc) is usually the best place to find good deals. We also have several anti-bot measures in place, such as CAPTCHAs, and bots are typically detected and blocked before they can complete any purchases.
