Funky gloves great service.

I had an issue with the quality of one of the gloves however a replacement was sent without quibble and done very quickly.

Will defo buy from these guys again.

Ordered my glove on Monday, I have emailed Skins with no reply as of yet the royal mail tracking does not give me any updates as it is a 'non tracked delivery' for the cost i paid for delivery i do not see how they are not using tracked service, 2-3 days i was told for delivery and still nothing if royal mail are causing so many issues why not change to someone else? not a good experience so far hope it does eventually arrive but as of now i will not be re-ordering again from here.

Ordered glove on 03/07/24 - dispatched on 04/07/24 quoted 2-3 days for delivery which costs an additional £3.50 - emailed skins golf on 06/07/24 for an update as didn't have the purchased item - 07/07/24 Sam replied promptly on a Sunday with - There have been some delays in the Royal Mail network, but I can see that we sent your parcel on the 4th July, so we do hope it will be with you very soon as we guide to 2-3 days With regards to the tracking link, since this isn’t a fully tracked service, this will only update once a delivery has been attempted (the lack of tracking is unacceptable in 2024) - 08/07/24 still no item as of writing this, I'm really unsure as to why anyone uses the Royal Mail as in my experience and looking at other peoples reviews it's only consistency is that they are a terrible delivery service. I'm sure I will enjoy the item when it finally turns up. 2 stars as choosing to use the Royal Mail for deliveries is a gross mistake in my opinion, please reconsider the use of the Royal Mail for deliveries as I won't be ordering any further equipment if they are the delivery vendor.

13/07/2024 Review changed to reflect that Sam from Skins contacted to let me know that they were sending out a replacement item, this arrived and they couldn't have been more helpful, again the only issue is with Royal Mail not Skins Golf as their products are really good. Score reflects quality of the products.

I ordered a golf glove and love the design and quality. There was an issue with Royal Mail delivery but Sam from their team was incredibly responsive and helped resolve the situation with minimal fuss. Will definitely order again.

Excellent, funky and unusual products, but in particular we were incredibly impressed by their customer service - absolutely top tier.

I come from a front-facing customer based background across different fields, Hospitality, sales and now service provision spanning 20yrs.
Overall experience was VERY good.

Experience sandwich...
1st was good site with modest pricing and great styles.
2nd was had to download app to track order which wasn't tracked accurately and then received gloves I'd accidently ordered for the wrong hands (my fault) but had to message twice for their returns/exchange policy.
3rd was an outstanding experience as I received a very helpful returns guide was given by Sam and a very quick turnaround of the correct gloves.

Have bought gloves, Q-zip and hoodies from Skins. All great quality materials that have lasted ages. Q-zip always gets comments as being nice and the gloves really stand out amongst my friends.

Really like the golves. Bought a couple and use them interchangably. Absolutely love the hoodies. I wear them on and off the course. Highly, highly recommend.

Excellent experience with these guys. Love supporting a new business and they live up to the hype. Quality is great and customer service above and beyond (even when I made it way more difficult for them than it needed to be!).

Bought one of their signature gloves. Had a hole worn into the palm after 3 uses. Contacted customer services and nothing they would do so I had to write this review for someone to change their mind.

A replacement was then sent out so shall report back after a few times out

So impressed with these gloves. Love the designs and the leather is of excellent quality. Delivery was very quick. Will be ordering more.

As a seasoned golfer, I was instantly taken by the great designs on Skins Golf's website, but I was worried that they might not be of the same quality as other gloves I've worn before. However after a trip to the driving range that I can attest these are as good as any Callaway or Titleist.

Delivery was fast (I'm based in the UK).

I'll certainly be buying these again as gifts for my friends.
