If I could give it negative stars I would.
I am absolutely FURIOUS with Skin Totale and especially with how Nicole handled this. I spent approximately $7,500 after specifically discussing my moving situation during the consultation. Now that I want to cancel, that conversation is suddenly being rewritten into “you have 10 months to use everything.” Absolutely not.
I also specifically discussed fragrance and what would be used on my face. After actually researching the products myself—and experiencing irritation—I want NOTHING to do with them. I offered to return every unopened product, yet Nicole is now using the fact that I opened some of their supposedly “complimentary” skincare as justification for refusing to cancel thousands of dollars in future treatments.
Keep the products. Keep the facials. I want none of it.
The difference between the treatment I received before they had my $7,500 and after they had it is absolutely disgusting.
My biggest regret wasn’t asking to cancel. It was ever trusting Skin Totale enough to hand them my credit card in the first place.
