They sell products originally bought from Hongkong, where things are indeed cheaper than here. But the catch is.... if you want to make a return.... they ask you to post it back to Hongkong.... and you have to pay for postage.

As you noted, we source our products directly from our central warehouse in Hong Kong. This model allows us to bypass traditional retail markups and pass those savings directly on to our shoppers.
Because our inventory and operations are centralized in Hong Kong, all returns must be sent back to this location for processing. This is a standard part of our operational model.
We strive to be fully transparent about this process. Our returns policy included information regarding the Hong Kong return and the fact that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shopper, is clearly stated on our website's Returns Page and policy. We provide this information upfront so that everyone can make an informed decision before making a purchase.
