Won't send your order and will never respond. Expect to do a charge back.

I purchased a large order from them and paid for 3–5 day shipping. After two weeks, the order still showed as 'unfulfilled' on their website, so I reached out to their support twice. The only contact was a random email address, and I never received a response. When I was about to file a chargeback, I checked their website again and discovered they are now under new ownership and closed. The site instructed customers to contact a new email for existing orders and expect a response within 48 hours. After four days without any reply, I had no choice but to proceed with a chargeback.

It’s extremely disappointing to see a company that provided a sustainable option operate with such unethical business practices. If they were in the process of selling, they should never have allowed purchases to continue. And now, with new ownership, it’s even more discouraging that they aren’t fulfilling existing obligations.

DON’T PURCHASE HERE.

My order came on 12/27 missing one item…

My order came on 12/27 missing one item but according to the packing slip it was included in the package. I had to wait for the women to come back from vacation and she only responded to my emails on 1/8 stating that item was oversold and I finally received my return. If an item was oversold they should have cancelled it, not proceed with charging me for it and include it on the packing slip like it was shipped.

I have been trying to return a piece…

I have been trying to return a piece for over a week. I have sent a number of emails to reply and gotten through to one person on the phone who told me they would send the RMA to my email - but guess what? Never received it. Ordering from this company is like throwing your money away.

Tried to return and was told to write to another email for return authorization
That email didn’t exist. So I have to wait for woman to key back from vacation I
I am being held up to return by av woman who is a very poor representative for customers

Another unfulfilled order

Like others I see here, I placed an order and after weeks of hearing nothing regarding shipping, fulfillment, etc. reached out just to be told that the item I had ordered wasn't available. I was told they had "just* found out about it, but seeing the disturbingly large number of other people with the same problem recently I feel like there is something really wrong going on there. They wanted me to wait until 2025 because they thought it might be available again then but - seriously? Just let hundreds of dollars sit in limbo while I hope? I'll never shop there again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - SCAM

I' m writing from Italy. I made an Order on their website on Dec 3rd. I was charged on my Paypal and received their order confirmation. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. Today is the 17.12 and I haven't received any information about disptach of my order. I sent many emails to their customer service since one week now but nobody answered me. I think it's a scam. How can I get my money back?

No notice of backorder till I contacted them.

Ordered pajamas for $250+ based on a WSJ review. No backorder or sold out messaging on line. After three weeks and no communication I realized I hadn’t received them and it’s about a week til Christmas. I emailed customer service and they basically said - sorry, they are sold out. Here’s your refund. Which I guess getting my money back is something, but it puts me in a bind. Really poor performance.

Get a customer service rep who knows what’s going on

After going back and forth with Heidi the customer service rep who does not know what’s going for 3 weeks she finally told me they do not have the robe and sent a refund without asking if I wanted one. I wanted the robe at the Black Friday price and truly would have been happy to wait for it. I did not want the refund. Every response took 3 days. Again I would have been happy to wait had I been given that expectation. I also bought a jacket that I won’t be getting until February that weekend and Im happy to wait.

Can't get a hold of customer service

They sent me only 3 of the 4 items I paid for and I can't reach anyone for help. Not by phone or email. Terrible that I have to waste my time calling to get no one. 200 down the drain for terrible customer service.

I ordered a pink skin top,and they sent me the pant which I didn’t want. So I got mad at customer service and she turns around and cancels the top I reordered. What a Witch. Rude. Do Not I repeat buy anything from these scammers

Subpar clothes, horrible customer service.

This is the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Helen Simeni from customer service has no understanding of customer support. I received a poorly made slip dress that became twisted after the first wash. I reached out and Helen gaslit me instead of resolving the problem. As if her response of “this is a best seller” somehow changes the twisted hems on the dress. After some back and forth, she stopped responding. It wasn’t until I threatened to dispute the charge that she cared to respond (I tried calling to speak to literally anyone else but calls aren’t answered). I was given a “courtesy” replacement with the same problem. She then tried to talk down to me and say that dresses cut on a bias naturally get twisted hems. What? Not only is her behavior completely unprofessional, it’s offensive because this is an outright lie. Items that twist after washing are a result of low production quality and corner cutting to lower costs. Skin is charging $70+ for a plain, low quality dress. Your low production quality is not the customer’s fault. Now I’m going through the dispute process with my bank because Helen and Skin have no integrity and are unwilling to fix their own problem.

The Paparazzi Dress

I wrote a review which this company has seemingly refused to leave on their site. It concerns the Paparazzi Dress which is not at all what it claims to be. It does not have any support and the lining sticks to your skin even when you are in an environment with cooler temperature.

Great luxe basics

Great luxe basics! The quality of the fabrics, the solid construction, and the well designed fit makes their clothing worth their prices.

If you're like me and are spending a lot more time at home these days, their loungewear is perfect for being comfy at home without looking/feeling sloppy.

I keep coming back for more and more! Slowly replacing all my old and worn out tank tops and leggings with pieces from Skin.

The sexy cami is my favorite! As far as basics go, this is the best tank top I've ever owned. Its got a relaxed fit but doesn't look "oversized", its seriously perfect. I'm sure almost every woman has experienced the struggle of finding a flattering cami. Either they are too loose and look like a tent or they are too tight and make you self-conscious about your tummy rolls when you sit (even though we've all got 'em!). If you relate to this, then THIS is the holy grail of camis. Its somehow loose while still looking fitted and feminine.

I feel weird writing such enthusiastic reviews for plain tank tops haha but I swear, they are just soooo good.
