I arranged the disconnection and disposal of 3 integrated appliances in a block of flats with no lift. The entire process was really smooth and transparent - from enquiry, quote, booking to being kept up to date with the arrival times on the appointment day itself. The disconnection and subsequent disposal of the integrated appliances went smoothly. The team was really polite, helpful and cleaned up as they went along. Would I use the team again? Definitely. The Skipmate people were terrific throughout. The job was quite complicated and depended on careful communication all the way through - they did it all without a misstep. They made sure I always knew what was happening next, and they couldn't have been more understanding and patient. So efficient - it was great!

From start to finish the team at Skipmate were incredible. At an emotional time I needed to clear my mother's house and Sarah was professional, helpful and supportive throughout.
No question was a stupid one and there was total flexibility in organising what was to be taken.
Communication was prompt and I never once had to wait long for a reply.
On the days of clearance I did not have to be there and I was sent pictures to show the actions taken.

Was a bit expensive for two items and not as clear as could of been on times but did do the job requirements
