Update- after several attempts I was finally able to reach a representative at Sklum. Today, I received our patio table and chairs. It took some time, patience and customer service but it arrived.
I still do not have our patio table and chairs. I have tried using their automated system, email and What’s App and no one will respond to where our patio table is even after being sent an email stating the items were shipped. I will try calling old school their 5 hours they are open and if no answer I am canceling our order and will seek a refund.

I encounter an issue with the delivery service by DACHSER. They inform me that they will not deliver into my building. I live in an apartment and the delivery guy can only leave the furniture outside my building. I understand that they are not able to bring the furniture up to my apartment but not being able to even bring it into my building sounded really ridiculous. Other than the delivery service, I am very happy with the quality of the furniture we purchase.

nice product but very expensive delivery which was not effective and should be cheaper given the high-ticket price of furniture.
They didn't deliver the 1st time and then failed to reschedule for the day agreed so I took the day off for nothing. They were also very difficult to get hold of to rearrange the delivery. Also, very long timeslots. This is unacceptable considering you pay £70 for delivery!

Frustrating and disappointing service. I was very excited to receive my order, only for the parcel to be much more delayed than anticipated. I watched the delivery tracking closely and when delivery was attempted (on a day when people were definitely in the office throughout the supposed delivery slot), the parcel was not delivered and no redelivery was attempted. They then sent the parcel straight back to SLKUM (via overseas shipping the next day), without attempting redelivery or getting in contact to offer any alternative delivery options. The delivery service were unable to help, and I have been absolutely unable to contact anyone at SKLUM directly, with very limited options for contacting customer service. It is an awful and unhelpful service. I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case it seems incredibly needed. I am expecting a full refund and will never order from SKLUM again, and have encouraged others at my organisation to never order from them either.

I recently ordered the Coco 3-Seater Chenille Sofa from SKLUM. I had been looking for this specific style for a long time, but alternative options like BoConcept were outside my budget.
Because of many negative feedback on Facebook “ Sklum complain group regarding delivery failures and damaged goods or not receiving refunds, I was highly anxious about my order. My experience turned out to be a mixed bag, but ultimately successful:
Timeline: Ordered May 30th (In stock; estimated June 30th–July 4th).
Communication: Initially poor. The status remained "Confirmed" with no updates. After 10 days, I reached out via WhatsApp support and received a response 2 days later stating the order was processing.
Shipping: Communication improved closer to the date. I received a dispatch email a week prior, and a text on June 26th scheduling delivery for June 29th (ahead of the original window).
The Delivery: Only one driver arrived to move a heavy 58kg sofa from the van. While he was kind enough to help me try and fit it into the apartment lift, it didn't fit, and he had to leave for his next delivery.
Feedback for SKLUM: The product itself is great, but please consider offering an upgraded "delivery to room of choice" service. Expecting customers (or a single driver) to manage a 58kg bulk item up to an apartment is impractical.

The tracking never updated on my order and when I got in touch the couldn't find the order on their system, although the order number was copied straight from their own email and website, when I pointed that out they didn't reply. Still waiting to receive the order or a reply to my email.
The products are great. It was delivered in the window that was described.

Terrible. Because I still haven’t received my delivery weeks later, and all I’m decided to work with a delivery company who I have had nothing but lies from. And I now have no idea where my package is. So honestly, terrible. Will never order again unless they change delivery company as the one they are with is rebound for lying. Stealing and not doing their job.
My order was never delivered. In the more rural parts of Portugal, house addresses and postal codes are not always verifiable in GoogleMaps so we usually have to send a location pin for the driver to find the house.
The delivery company didn’t even try to make a delivery and there was no way to contact them (the phone numbers provided on their website didn’t allow calls). When I tried to contact Sklum, I either got at AI chatbot or someone who only spoke Portuguese and hung up on me.
I still haven’t received my refund even though I’m sure my order was returned to the Sklum warehouse weeks ago.
Don’t order from this company unless you live in a bigger city with a unique postal code.

Made an order in April, it got delayed twice and its now July and I only receievd half of it, and they delivered something completely different to me also which I now have to try arrange to return. The picture of the oroginal marble tray looks very different to what I expected - still waiting on 2nd tray. Will not use this company again. Very disappointing.

Do not order from this site. Ordered tables 2 months ago and haven’t heard anything as still haven’t arrived. Tried contacting and only getting automated responses. Tried ringing multiple times and phone just rings out every time.
