Excellent as always. Been using them for 10 years. Really pleased . Very helpful and polite staff also, in the Eastleigh main building.

They happily take your money with no warning or notification that items aren't in stock and you are apparanrly in a queue behind hundreds of other orders that will take weeks to get through. They don't respond to emails or website messages and when you phone they refuse to cancel the order. I hate this useless company and its a real shame that we are forced to use them.

Ordered uniform 31 of August 2023 now is 25 September. Royal mail tracking shows it was delivered to diferent adress then my and recipient refuse to take and they send parcel back.Try email them , nothing, try call not resolve. Scam.

Hopeless. Did an online order about 3 weeks ago, online account shows paid but not dispatched. Don't seem to be able to cancel. They haven't responded to emails or callled back. Only reason to use them is because we can't get the uniform anywhere else. Still waiting for a resolution and contemplating disputing card transaction if there is no resolution this week. Since they seem to have a monopoly we will have to get it in store since in our opinion they tend to only deliver headaches online.

Great and friendly staff both online and in store. Uniform is of good quality and lasts. My only slight niggle is that there is quite a lot of shrinkage in uniform over the year.
