I used SK removals last week and what a pleasure it was. Kane made the stressful process of moving home very easy and enjoyable.
Due to problems with selling and buying, I had to put my home into storage. Once again Kane took control of the situation recommending a storage unit. He arrived a few days earlier to take what I had packed up. On both days Kane and his co worker arrived on time and moved everything very quickly and with care. I would highly recommend this company. 5*.

Kane and his team moved us from Kirkham to Llandudno and we couldn't fault the service we received.
They gave us great flexibility with the date as we had huge issues with the sale our house and solicitors so this was invaluable to us.

Kane and his band of merry men (Craig and Paul), were absolutely fantastic....... I honestly cannot praise them enough.

After being let down by another company, it was a massive weight off my shoulders that Kane was able to fit me in, at rather short notice.
They were all very friendly, professional and incredibly hardworking. They had me moved in no time at all, with no problems and they didn't even stop for a break. They're absolute troopers!

Thoroughly happy with the level of service. The two removers worked with care and efficiency during a first floor flat to a house move. The price was competitive compared to other local companies. Couldn’t ask for more. 100% recommend, 100% would use again.

Excellent job done
My move from a first floor apartment in a converted cotton mill was difficult for many reasons, due to protocol and much walking involved. Darren and Craig not only found their own way to my apartment, but carried out a thoroughly professional and efficient job from start to finish, quietly getting on with everything with the minimum of fuss. I felt so stressed after 3 weeks of hard packing but as soon as these 2 guys arrived, I knew everything would go well, and it did. I cannot rate them highly enough. There was the odd challenge and a heap of heavy lifting, but they coped perfectly and I am so grateful to them both.

SK Removals helped us move from a 3 bedroom house with an additional garage's worth of stuff. They turned up exactly on time, moved everything brilliantly with absolutely no issues or damage, and had everything unloaded in the new house within just 4 hours. Thanks to them, we've had plenty of time to enjoy the process of organising our new home. Thanks again guys, you were 10/10 and we will be recommending you to everyone 👍

SK Removals provided a great professional service. Kane and his team supplied boxes and paper packaging material well in advance of the move, communicated well and everything promised was on time. Great removal job completed. Responded to emails quickly and came round to give us a quote quickly and at a convenient time for us. The day of the move Kane and his colleague arrived and despite our worry it was never going to get done in time, worked hard and fast to make sure everything was loaded safely. At our new home the job again was done safely and everything was put where we asked. Made the most stressful day for us ever a million times easier. Thanks lads. Would definitely recommend.

Kane and his crew were absolutely amazing . This is the second time we have moved with S.K and would highly recommend them . Turning up on time , nothing was too much trouble on the day of the move as well as addressing all our questions in a profession and timely manner. We never want to move again however professional and reliable workers like him are a rare find these days .

The move itself went ok. Although there was definitely a problem between Kane and one of the operatives, undertones of an issue between them, which led to a slightly uncomfortable day whilst they undermined one another.
Major gripe with the team and sudsequent business response was the damage done to my daughters Simba bed, which is a straightforward modular set up. The bed was dismantled and anchors removed, which was totally unnecessary, the anchors were incorrectly replaced, missing screws and out of alignment, leading to damage and the bed partially collapsing. I’ve attempted to raise this as an issue to feedback, however I’ve been stonewalled, Kane did initially respond by telling me ‘he’ll look in his pocket for the missing screws’, despite several messages querying insurance, no response. Most disappointing is the failure to mention that dismantling the bed was too much for them to comprehend and putting it back together was too much again. They failed to even mention it as an issue and left our daughters bed in an unsafe state, totally unprofessional including the level of response post event.
Glorified man and van, so be warned.

Response following receipt of a picture of three screws, the dismantling of furniture was requested when you visited to quote for the work, dining table and two double beds to dismantle and rebuild.
My response to your text message is below….
You failed to respond to my messages, you left my daughters bed in an unsafe condition, you also did the same to our bed, which collapsed last night, I chose not to mention that as I hadn’t informed you previously.
The fact you attempted to fix the bed and say nothing when you must have known it was wrong, is unprofessional and unacceptable.
We’ve also had several breakages, which I chose not to mention as I haven’t told you about them.
The fact you have only responded when you’ve had what really is an honest review says it all really.
I have had the bed repaired myself by a professional, our move was 4 days ago, your response to legitimate feedback following the issue was and still is, unacceptable.
Also boxes which were clearly marked for specific rooms are not in those rooms, the wardrobes in the garage are damaged, so yes overall a poor review is honest feedback.
I never leave poor feedback usually, however the fact it was my daughters bed and you were deceitful when you dismantled it and failed to put it back together correctly and tried to hide it, Is frankly too much, customer service is key these days and honesty is part of that. If you’d have told me about the problem, we could have resolved it.

Last word please.
I did send you a thank you message, I had expected a professional job, this was obviously prior to my daughters bed collapsing and a few other issues we’ve discovered post move.
The job you did was ok, your guys worked hard, I haven’t said that was an issue.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Kane and Paul were friendly, punctual and very efficient. Communication was faultless. They packed up an entire 3 bedroom house in Basingstoke and moved it to Blackpool in one day. All other quotes were saying this would take 2 days to complete, which shows how efficient they were. Thank you for making our first house move with a newborn baby go so smoothly.
