Was expecting a delay over Christmas, but when it did arrive, it was the wrong colour, the box was ripped and bits were missing, so disappointed as this was a gift for a special girl. Emailed but did not get any satisfactory answers, I just got ignored. Would not recommend :-(

THIS IS A RIP OFF FRAUDULENT COMMERCE SITE FROM CHINA!
Their postings guarantee 7 - 10 day delivery. I ordered some magnetic charging chords in plenty of time before Christmas, 12/12/19, to arrive on time for Christmas gifts to friends and family. I kept checking the tracking number, and it advised that my shipment had arrived in the United States and was in the hands of a "SHIPPING PARTNER" whatever that is, but had not yet been forwarded to the USPS for final delivery. After New Years, I kept getting the same prompt. I e-mailed SKR-Ten on January 5, 2020, of the delay beyond what was advertised on their site. I received notification from nobody. On January 8, I CANCELLED MY ORDER VIA E-MAIL. Suddenly, on January 13, I receive an E-mail that my order had been shipped with a tracking number. I once again advised by E-mail that MY ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED 5 DAYS PRIOR, AND TO NOT SHIP IT. I received the order on January 16 via US Postal service in my regular mail, and by than had already REPLACED THE ORDER WITH A BETTER PRODUCT AT A LOWER PRICE THROUGH AMAZON, which is who I should have shopped through in the first place. I RECEIVED MY AMAZON ORDER THE NEXT DAY. I asked SKR-ten to send me a shipping label to effect return of their product. THE WHOLE TIME YOU COMMUNICATE WITH SKR TEN, IT IS A BOT, AND IT IS BIASED TOWARD GIVING YOU ORDERS YOU NO LONGER WANT, OR, THEY JUST IGNORE YOU IF YOU DO NOT GO THEIR WAY. BOTTOM LINE, THEY SENT ME AN UNSINCER APOLOGY AND OFFERED TO REBATE ME 15% FOR ITEMS I HAVE ALREADY REPLACED, AND TOLD ME IT WOULD COST $20 TO SHIP THE ITEMS BACK, WHEN THEY SENT THEM 5 DAYS AFTER I CANCELLED THE ORDER! To review. 1. THEY DO NOT DELIVER ORDERED ITEMS ON TIME 2. THEY ADDRESS COMPLAINTS WITH A BOT, WITH CANNED CHOICES THAT DO NOT MATCH YOUR COMPLAINT, AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO A HUMAN BEING, OR GET SO-CALLED AND NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO ADDRESS OR EVEN RESPOND TO YOUR CLAIM. THEY DO NOT TAKE BACK ITEMS THEY SHIP, EVEN ERRONEOUSLY THROUGH THEIR FAULT, AND DO NOT HONOR OR PAY ATTENTION TO CANCELLED ORDERS - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CONCERN. AMAZON PROBABLY HANDLES WHAT YOU WANT ANYWAY, AND WITH THIER NO NONSENSE GUARANTEE, AND NEXT DAY DELIVERY, ARE A MUCH BETTER BUSINESS TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

Order it at the start of December 2019. Then looked at the reviews and panicked thinking I was just scammed.
Tried to use their messenger they have on their website. Don't bother, they never responded to me.
Emailed them to ask to cancel it saying I don't have the funds (I thought if I worded that way that I could get the refund quicker) and about 3 days later I got a reply saying that they understand the costs may be higher than elsewhere but they would give me a refund of $5 to continue the transaction plus a discount code for another purchase. I agreed to continue that day curious to see how this would go as the person didn't seem like they were using a scripted reply and also the item was $30 and I had already acknowledged was gone.
3 days later I emailed again with no reply from them asking when it would be shipped. Reply came another 3 days saying they are happy I will continue the transaction (which I said 6 days ago) and that the refund will come soon and that when shipped I would get a notification. Note that no mention on the time on how long it'll take. Bonus too, I get a free gift (will come back to that). Few days later I did get my $5.
10 days later (it was Christmas time so I got busy and forgot) I emailed again to say when it'll be shipped. The next day I got a notification it had been shipped. Then got a reply email the next day saying that it is on its way.
I tracked it and it was very slow. 2 weeks. It came as described, well packaged and my free gift was what I think may be a pencil grip.
So I got my item with $5 off, strange pencil grip and a late Christmas present.
TLDR: Email them directly. Be nice in a way that your just keeping tabs on where your item is. And don't expect it to come when you need it. All up it look just about a month in total from purchase to receiving.

Ordered a Christmas gift 12/9/19 and it's not here yet. It hasn't even left China yet. When I inquire about it I'm told to be more patient. I think they are a scam. **** I NEED TO RETRACT THIS REVIEW. **** I apologize sincerely! The gift finally arrived 1/17/20 and my husband (for whom the item was intended as a Christmas gift) was VERY pleased with it. Thank you!

Small item not here yet over 30 days,Ebay and paypal should ban them.

Is there less than 1 ☆? 7 emails . 1 response 3-5 days. Ordered 12-9 in time for the holidays. I could have got great deals for the holiday with other companies. No apologies no repercussions through PayPal as with most eBay, Amazon if they're a power seller or corrupt seller they keep doing this to people. So not right. Going to Better Business Bureau & report them. 3 days short of a month!

My order took over a month to arrive. I emailed them several times. My item was NOTHING like the picture or description and the screws didn't even fit in the holes of the metal brackets, making them completely useless.

Boggess company! They don't call you back, you can not call them, the email address is no good and you can not track your order number!

While the tracking doesn't work worth a hoot, the items I ordered arrived as described and in perfect condition.
Order arrived later than expected, but it is semi-acceptable given the Christmas holiday season.
Customer service was prompt but provided no useable information in reference to the crappy tracking system.
I'll very likely order from Skrten again... prices are good and descriptions spot-on.

I also ordered the light up magic pad as a gift for a neighbor's child. When it didn't come after 15 days, I emailed the only option listed and said to cancel my order. Of course, the item never came and my credit card was charged and not credited back. I also double checked my credit card to check to see if any other charges were added. My credit card company notifies me of out of the US activity when something looks wrong. My fault for wanting to save a couple of bucks - I went and purchased the gift at Target for pretty much the same price and picked it up the same day. And there was a phony email about someone wanting to use my PayPal account but too bad for them as I don't have one. Yes, a scam company for sure

They are thieves. Ordered December 1st said being shipped on December 10th. Wouldn't respond to emails. No tracking number given. As of December 27th nothing received. Can't track with no tracking number. Scammers

People out there don’t waist a penny with this company!! I’ve ordered 2 water shoes and they shipped me 1 and the second was a kinda of socks that you get at cheep hotels. They are scammers!!They actually will offer you a 10 %and 30 % coupon so then they can full you again.Do not waist your time , patience and money. I wish I had read this page before.

I ordered a Light Draw Board and received a piece of cardboard and some stick on letters?? I was MAD! But found out how to get my money Back! Call your bank and tell them what happened. They will dispute the purchase. They told me to mail it back to the address on the package(even thought the SOB's tell you not to) Get a tracking number and give it to the bank. The bank will explain it better, tell you what to do, and these jerks will not get to keep your money!! The money is returned by the bank. Yeah!

This website is a SCAM!! I ordered a mask for my son for Holloween and paid to expedite it, they guaranteed it would be here in 3 - 7 days. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. Additionally they are refusing to refund my money because they say once the items ship they are not subject to refunds. Be smart people DONOT order from them.

I have been trying to return a purchased item back to this company which has not provided return information since emailing then on September 20, 2019. |Fast forward they wish to provided a $3.09 refund. \And it wold cost more then the product is worth to send it back. Lesson learned DO NOT BY ANYTHING FORM THIS COMPANY.

I wish I would have found this site before I bought from this company. They are located in China but their website shows an address in England. They misrepresented their wireless headphone product. When I tried to contact them, I didn’t get a response until I involved PayPal. Then they provided me with an address in China to send the product back to! Are you kidding! It will cost more to ship the product back than it cost to purchase it. This is clearly their business model. They know that you won’t pay more to ship it back. DON’T BUY from this company and push PayPal and other payment gateways to inform you when you are making payment to a non US entity. Currently, they do not provide this information. All consumers need to demand this so that we can make better decisions on who to do business with.

This company are scammers. I ordered an LED light up board for my nephew and what arrived was a cardboard with Ukrainian letters on it with a picture of a pen. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The item was delivered without the tracking number ever registering. Took just shy of 4 weeks for US delivery. They stated it was in customs for longer than usual which was out of their hands. The item was as described.

They are a scam! They also have very minimal and poor customer service. I ordered 30 pieces of a merchandise and only received 1. Then they tried to cheat and and lie and wouldn’t send the remainder of my order. When I asked for a refund since they refused to fulfill my paid order, they also refused to refund my order. Every one sentence response from them took 24 hours to get a simple nonsense response just to tell me that they wouldn’t refund for their mistake. What a scam. They take your money and run.
