We recently purchased a theme but were struggling with finishing the website. We were helped by the customer support in not just finishing my website but also in guidance with faster website and security. Best support for us till date.

I purchased a theme that I hadnt used yet. It says I have 4 downloads left. I was never told it would expire after a year. I contacted customer service to see if they could help me access it. Very unprofessional. He told me I just needed to repurchase the item. It was $40! I took a screenshot of the chat. He accused me of "blackmail" after I told him I was leaving a bad review. I was NEVER offered a discount or any resolution whatsoever other than making the purchase again. The agent was hateful and needs to be fired. I’d love to post the screenshot if given the option. After this experience, I wouldn’t even repurchase for $5. Gross.

Excellent customer service. They responded very quickly to my query and successfully resolved the problem.

Purchaser beware. They do not give refunds even if the theme does not display as per their demos. I purchased Reiki Pro because their demos looked great but despite many efforts on the part of customer service, my website looked nothing like the demos. I was very disappointed. I used the theme for less than a week before giving up, it was taking up so much time to try and fix. I asked for a refund to be told that they do not give refunds. Not acceptable as you have to try out the theme before you find out that it doesn't display as per their demo. I feel cheated and will never use SKT Themes again.

Easy to use theme and fantastic tech support when I had a couple of questions. All quickly resolved.

I have been using SKT Themes since July 2022 and have found them fantastic to deal with. If I've had any issues customising their templates, I have found support (I have dealt with Sonnal most of the time) to be super helpful and quick (taking time zone differences into account) with providing the solution to the issue. Where I have wanted more complicated variations they have been more than happy to jump on into my WordPress Dashboard and and fix the issue for me.

The product and support was great. The team were very helpful and answered all our questions and clear all grey areas. Post installation was seamless and the communication service was always active and responsive. Thanks for your support while looking forward to mutual business relationship.

We purchased the update for our theme which included support and what support it was. I had problems updating so contacted support. They really pulled the stops out and sorted the problem. I only work part-time and they were flexible enough to work around me. Add into that the quality of their themes and you have yourself a winner. Well done the stream at SKT.
