Delivery didn't take too long and quality buckle for the price

Expert craftsman item right out of the box was a great satisfying surprise. Sweet gem all in my hand. Not disappointed. I will order another. Expendables raven and skull ring if in stock. Excellent service and reasonably priced 😃

Clearly label what items they have in stock on their website

I ordered a ball cap knowing that there was a 3-week turnaround on the item which was fine. My credit card was charged right away unlike many other online stores that don't charge you until they are shipping the item, but OK. A couple of weeks later I see that I've been billed again for the same item, then get a notice saying I'm getting a refund. Confused at this point I reach out to skull-action.com and they admitted the second charge was a mistake and was immediately refunded and also explained they were no longer able to get the cap from their supplier and refunded the original charge a few days later so it's all good. I am disappointed, but with the global economy today anything can happen.

My order of a day of the dead suitcase arrived a week later than expected which was due only to UK customs not skull action or fedex.
The suitcase is great. Really love it.

I was initially concerned as I could not pay for my order by PayPal or with a credit card for some reason. However the order arrived no problem.

Would use this company again.

Fast efficient help when need regarding my order

I ordered my item 10 days ago and it still has not shipped I have no tracking number. I have no response to my emails that I’ve sent. No nothing so I’m not happy at all.

I placed order but accidentally put wrong delivery address when I emailed them they rectified it straight away delivery was quick loved loved loved the tshirt

When my empty envelope that at one point had the rings arrived it was obvious that it had been sliced open and the rings were missing. I immediately reached out to skull action about this and they ignored me. So I initiated a chargeback via my credit card. Terrible experience!

You sent the wrong ring no way to return or cancel order. It was supposed to be a Black Diamond with purple diamonds. And you sent a Black Diamond with white diamonds. Not what I was looking for at all

When the transporters came we were not at home and they did not leave any notice. I've been trying to get the ring for more than twenty days but I haven't gotten it yet.

The worst !!! I could not reach anyone to assist me. We only received one boot in our order! We paid $250 for one boot ?!?!

You sent me the WRONG RING, the item was not the required one! Or you send me what i asked for, Or i go to the police, to remove your website for FRAUDE!

I never received my order I ordered a tank in august and still not arrived I have e mailed skull action twice with no response I have asked for a refund and heard nothing at all

Been 20 days and my package hasn't even been shipped only ordered still, starting to thing its a scam

never received response from customer service.
