Didn't get the item as it was discontinued after ordering
I ordered a ball cap knowing that there was a 3-week turnaround on the item which was fine. My credit card was charged right away unlike many other online stores that don't charge you until they are shipping the item, but OK. A couple of weeks later I see that I've been billed again for the same item, then get a notice saying I'm getting a refund. Confused at this point I reach out to skull-action.com and they admitted the second charge was a mistake and was immediately refunded and also explained they were no longer able to get the cap from their supplier and refunded the original charge a few days later so it's all good. I am disappointed, but with the global economy today anything can happen.

Non existent customer service
When my empty envelope that at one point had the rings arrived it was obvious that it had been sliced open and the rings were missing. I immediately reached out to skull action about this and they ignored me. So I initiated a chargeback via my credit card. Terrible experience!
