Charlatans

I ordered both types of Nespresso-compatible pods from this 'company' - which arrived with several of the pods having exploded in transit, scattering coffee grounds throughout the box.

I duly photographed this, and sent the company an email to bring this to their attention...nada. Zilch. Bugger-all by way of response, for which I am still waiting.

The coffee's not even that good, anyway, so ignore all the five-star ratings, and Facebook ads talking-up the product.

Clearly absolute charlatans, jumping on the 'nootropic coffee' trend with a dreadfully inferior product. Do not waste your money. There are much better products out there, because I've bought those since, to great effect.

And now I must scrape myself off the ceiling, no thanks to Skullcrusher 'Coffee'.

Scammers - AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Ordered from them once, when they were based in Australia (Brisbane i believe). Recently placed an order and yep - like others are saying here, nothing. This is a SCAM SITE. Do not order from these people. I have to now raise a dispute with MC to see if i can get my money back. And as someone else mentioned here - you reach out to their 'Help' desk, get some BS response, dont get your order and they have the effing audacity to ask how their support was. OMFG.

Again - DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Immoral and untrustworthy

Immoral and untrustworthy. Zero response from the company, I’ve sent numerous emails requesting a refund as this company IS NOT in Australia, they are in the UK so the shipping costs are more than the coffee itself.

They don’t reply to emails or messenger on social media.

Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS

Misleading website v poor cust service

Misleading website (free mug with every 3rd order - no chance!)

Customer service does not answer questions, then has the audacity to ask how they did!

No scientific proof of their claims it contains 3 x caffeine.

Appalling Customer Service

I have purchased from Skull Crusher several times with no issues. Clearly that’s only because there were no issues. When there are issues, their customer service is none existent. I had a subscription for their Nootropic coffee, I was lured into this on the promise of a free mug every third order and one with the first order. I got the mug with the first order no problem. We get to the third order and no mug, so I email their customer service to ask where the mug is. Their ludicrous and only response from a most unhelpful woman named Amanda, who appears totally clueless about a) responding to emails and b) grasping the concept of a subscription because she advised me that I didn’t receive my mug as I hadn’t added it to my cart??? I tried to explain to her on several occasions now with zero response, that there was no cart to add the mug to as this is a subscription that automatically arrives each month. Having emailed several times, I happened to mentioned that, as my custom was clearly of no importance to them, maybe I should consider cancelling my subscription…next thing I get, having been repeatedly ignored up to this point, is an email confirming the cancellation of my subscription…which I hadn’t requested I had merely suggested that I might. More unanswered emails have lead me to leaving this review, slightly inspired following reading a similar review over Skull Crusher coffee’s seeming reluctance to part with mugs that are part of the deal! Out of frustration, and on principle I have mentioned trading standards to them as they are clearly using false advertising and are not meeting their obligations.

I used to buy clothes from the sister…

I used to buy clothes from the sister company and coffee before they split! I just reordered the nootropic blend I ordered it Friday afternoon and it was delivered by 11am today (Monday) coffee isn’t terrible and packs a kick would recommend!

Trading Standards - Have a word!

I placed an order (as I have done many times before) based on the "free mug offer. " I'd broken my fave mug, so ordered to replace it. Post check out, I was presented with a "special offer" I could add an extra mug, for free, which of course I did. Upon arrival, all I received was the extra mug - not the one I actually wanted. I tried contacting via email x2 and on Instagram - got ignored. Then after a 3rd email, I got a reply to say I was only entitled to 1 per order!? However, their misleading sales processes encouraged me to add another. I replied, asking how we resolve it, so I could get the mug I actually wanted. But, suprise suprise - ignored. I won't be buying anything from skullcrusher again.

It is an absolute scam

It is an absolute scam. I ordered an overpriced coffee, but it never arrived. I reached out multiple times via email, hoping for a resolution, but I was completely ignored. There was no update, no refund, and no attempt to make things right. Their so-called customer service is a joke, they clearly don’t care about their customers at all. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs!

Customer service under 0. Seriously.
my last order hasn’t been delivered to my address. I contacted customer service straight away that my coffee is not at my address and if they can help. Nothing, no answer. After week I send another email and no response at all. I don’t have my coffee, I lost money and no communication ( it’s been 3 weeks). I’m more disappointed with this approach then that my order hasn’t been delivered to me.

Company is a SCAM

Company is a SCAM. I ordered coffee on December 1.
Nothing arrived.
I got a subscription but I cancelled it and yet they still charged me again Jan 1 for part of my or amd sent that out.

I requested multiple times to cancel my order yet no one would respond.

I have now paid $180 for a 500g bag of coffee that took 3 months to arrive

Will send my request to ACCC for investigation

I wish I could rate 0 stars - disgrace

I wish I could rate 0 stars. Purchased in November last year .. now in march and still waiting to receive order. Emailed multiple times with same automated response saying 1 more week and back orders yet still saying available online. Eventually asked for a refund and then stopped getting any replies. Submit a bank dispute with my bank and got my money back. Absolute disgrace of a business wish I read reviews before hand and I would recommend they read the reviews as they should shut shop.

Good coffee but zero customer service.

I was a monthly subscriber & every Christmas I always purchased hoodies, cups etc but no longer. I had need to contact customer service about my subscription as it should come with a free mug which I did not receive with my order. but after 2 weeks I had not had a reply. I contacted them again via email & via Facebook chat but still nothing.
I had cancelled my subscription & am unlikely to resubscribe.
As of today still no reply to my complaint either via email, social network or here.

Terrible company

After messing them about some coffee I was interested in and wanted to know a little more before buying. They read my message but never replied! I really wanted to try it so just brought some anyway. NEVER arrived but they did charge me for it! When I contacted them to find out what was going on they never replied. Had to do a charge back in the end. What a shame!!! I would not recommend these guys

Spend your money elsewhere!

Mediocre coffee cleverly marketed. Customer service is non-existent, tried contacting via email several times about a faulty product and never got a reply. Have now cancelled my subscription, (which is made deliberately difficult to do) and will be highly unlikely to use this brand again. Disappointing to say the least

Nice coffee but awful website/ability to manage subscriptions

Nice coffee, garbage website. Cannot manage subscription by logging into your account via the main part of the site. You have to go via a link that was emailed when you setup a subscription. Trying to login to your account/access the subscription link on a mobile device is very glitchy too.

I’ve never known a company where the customer service is so bad. I recently subscribed as the coffee is really nice but I can’t even manage the subscription online. I don’t know how much it costs even!Going to be looking elsewhere as they obviously don’t want my custom👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

terrible customer service…

It seems I should have read these reviews before buying off you. All be it my first order was accidentally ordered to be delivered to my old address (didnt realise until late and my fault), I have messaged god knows how many times to explain. package got accepted back to Skull Coffee and while i did have the odd response from them and a promise my coffee will be dispatched back out, i gave up and keep requesting a refund which surprise surprise no one is contacting me about and i still havent got a response/reply. .
