Avoid

Placed an order on 16/05/23, have received no part of my order on 14/06/23, have tried emailing multiple times in between to see where the order is and have had no contact from the company. Very poor customer service and support. Trying now to get a refund but doubt it will happen as can’t speak to anyone. Avoid at all costs

Great customer service

Great customer service - Hannah and Andreea were very helpful sorting a drinking horn and 12 XL Horn mugs for a Viking's feast that I organised in Norway. Excellent product and excellent service. Sköl !

Avoid this scamming company!

If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would give this company. I ordered clothing which was sized wrongly (their mistake) and I sent multiple emails to try and resolve this with no reply. In the packaging there was a returns address so as I had no response to my emails I sent the item of clothing back to that address with a cover note, my details and sent yet another email explaining what I’d done. After about two weeks of waiting I finally received an email from them saying the address I had sent the clothing too was a third party address and that I should have sent it back to them, the address I sent it too clearly stated it was the returns address. They have told me they can no longer help me and there’s nothing they can do. So now I am out of pocket money wise and have no item of clothing. They seem to be scammers and are only interested in taking your money, please read the multiple reviews backing this up on Facebook and avoid these people at all costs.

Avoid Avoid Avoid do not buy from this company they have the worst customer service iv ever seen they don't get back to you after sending loads of emails they are not interested once they have your money, the people that own skull Vikings are a married couple and they must be struggling with money because they definitely won't give you a refund and they don't know how to run a decent company it won't be long before they get shut down, please buy from raven forge or whydraven they are a much better trusted company with a much better customer service so please avoid avoid....

Absolutely no customer service

Absolutely no customer service, do not respond to multiple emails via multiple channels. I want to know if I can return an unfit Christmas gift as their returns policy states 2 weeks and doesn’t mention an extended policy over Xmas (as most people do). I even emailed back in November before purchasing and had zero response.
