I ordered my skuma and then 10 minutes later saw it with a discount on instagram so ordered it again. Customer service were very helpful and cancelled my first one straight away and refunded my money. So far am loving my Skuma and my whole family are enjoying it. It’s so handy to be able to warm water to drink in the morning at the touch of a button. And to make a cup of tea without having to wait for the kettle to boil. But most of all it’s good knowing my family and I are no longer drinking all the rubbish in tap water or microplastics in bottled water anymore

Love this machine! The water tastes great and it’s easy to use! Only issue I’ve had is the machine is leaking water but hoping this is just a seal issue.

I held off on writing this (like others) but don’t want other people to waste their time and money with these machines like I have. See multiple reviews of the same theme.

The machines just don’t work - they haven’t finalised the product enough in order to be able to provide reliable machines. After my fifth machine breaking (each for a different reason), I gave up. I had to get through three machines when I first purchased before one worked, then it lasted about 9 months and my final one for a month.

They’re quite a faff to set up and maintain especially when so temperamental.

I sent back my last machine in April (it’s now June) with the promise of a refund. It has not arrived. I keep chasing and getting useless AI responses telling me they empathise, they’re sorry, consulting with the finance department but with no timeline as to when they will refund. Genuinely I don’t think the company has cash to refund me. It’s bordering fraudulent that they’re taking money for machines that they clearly know do not reliably perform, and then do not have the cash to refund those machines.

I’ve wasted over a year with them and now don’t even have my cash back to buy a machine that actually works.

Would never advise anyone to buy - go to another brand

The water definitely feels fresh and tastes smooth. Love it.

To be honest, the new to frequently empty the waste water compartment is a chore that is new to us but can understand the need. We collect it in for water our plants. Nothing is wasted.

Excellent customers service. Easily accessible on WhatsApp, fast and clear communication and resolution of requests. I’ve had my skuma for several years and I now I upgraded to the newest version by getting it serviced. The only thing is I wish they made them also in white as I need another one for my business and white would match better with the decor.

I’d been thinking about this purchase for a while and I’m really pleased I decided to purchase, it’s been used non stop since we installed.

The machine is great, fresh filtered water at the touch of a button. My machine came without the mineral bottle/cap, sent email and another one getting sent out. Really happy with my purchase especially knowing me my family & dogs are drinking clean fresh water.

After doing a bit of research I opted to purchase the Skuma Water Dispenser. Ordering from the Skuma website was a breeze and I was lucky enough to purchase during a Flash Sale. Product arrived promptly and as described. Pleasantly surprised by the small footprint of the despenser as I have a smallish kitchen and countertop space is limited. Setting up was easy. Quality of the filtered water is noticable better than tap water. So far all good. Haven't had the need to contact the Customer Service team, so cannot comment on how well they perform. Happy with the purchase so far.

My initial review for this was annoyance at the “Next day delivery” or lack thereof and poor communication. Since then I’ve been informed that next day delivery wasn’t applicable as I bought on a Friday - I can understand that but communication should be clearer around this and also, it’s been a full week since and I haven’t received my item yet!

However, I’ve upped the score as Mauve from CS personally called and texted me to try to resolve the problem and it says it should be delivered today so fingers crossed. To Mauve, 4 stars (it would have been 5 but I had to chase the following day). To the delivery service and general communication, 1 star TBH.

I have been using Skuma for over a year now and my experience has been great. It filters well and is a no-hassle solution. I did face some challenges when I had to change my filter and use the maintenance kit; however, the customer support, and Ashwin in particular, were extremely helpful and patient. They provided timely and considered advice along the way. My Skuma is working fine. Best wishes to the Skuma team.
