I've had a mixed experience so far

I've had a mixed experience so far. The platform itself works fine, but I ran into repeated login errors on mobile and it took a few days to get a clear response from support. Once I finaly reached the tight persan, they fixed the issue quickly. Decent overall, but the first impression wasn't great.
