Efficient ticketing company
I visited comparison airline tickets sites where I came across Sky America. I tried checking a return ticket price but the site requested a call to discuss or alternatively, Sky America can call back.
I was called back by their representative, Austin who proved to be polite, very helpful and offered knowledgeable guidance which made us take an informed decision.
Throughout the ticketing process, Austin kept us fully updated with each next steps.
Any questions or concerns raised were explained by Austin to our satisfaction. We are happy with the outcome.
We will definitely be using Sky America again and will recommend them to friends and family.
