Easy to use. No hidden cost. Everything is spelled out. There were no “extras” added by the resort.

Very disappointing experience. If you do find a baragin and bid several days later you get an email that it was already gone...I believe just a tease to get you excited and then you give in to all the additional hidden costs. Run away from this site- go to veterans vacations or another where the costs are much clearer before you pull out the credit card.

We have been fortunate to have used Skyauction for over 10 years and we have never been dissatisfied. The places are always high end and there are always great places available. We have used it in Canada, Europe, the Caribbean and the States and will continue to do so. Having had to cancel once, their understanding and quick response was amazing. The savings are incredible and we are so happy to have discovered it. Great site.

SkyAuction is the only way to travel. Never an issue and always just as offered!

When we arrived at the main registration. desk, we were directed to another registration and told that we were "Diamond class."

Once registered, we met our two butlers and escorted to our suite. We found out that Diamond Class entitles one to run of the resort, including Hideaway and Grand Lido beaches and spas.

The staff members were all top-notch and friendly and personable and great to associate with. They undergo 6 months training/vetting before officially joining the Royalton staff.

Food was great, including fresh swordfish, snapper, sea bass and tuna at one of the three buffet grills.

At a party for Diamond Class, we won a drawing for "Culinary Experience" dinner for two.

All-in-all, it was a great experience.

Great location, tennis facilities were great, people were wonderful. Kitchens need updating, but otherwise I highly recommend.

Have purchased many vacation packages from Skyauction and have never been disappointed or had an issue. The vacation accommodations have always surpassed my expectations.

It was amazing happen for my daughter. She said front desk people are very kind for her. They didn`t ready for her room then they gave her more nice room. It was 33rd floors.It was so nice. She was surprised this happen and She can see Tokyo tower. She was cry for that. It was best hotel in her life. If I have to go to Tokyo I would like to have this place with my daughter.

I bought an overnight stay at Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba through Skyauction with betting.
It was very easy access to the hotel from Haneda airport. The hotel was in a good location for stay in just Daiba area. The hotel checking inn was smooth and the room was clean. The tiny complain is that I thought the price I bet and won was a good deal but it actually wasn't. Adding the fee to the Skyauction during the transaction increased a total price , and I figured the amount I paid was almost same price as hotel's rack price.

We stayed at the Americana Village in Lake Tahoe. It was even nicer than we expected. Best of all were the people that worked there. The condo was so comfortable, just perfect. The breakfast was nice. Good coffee, great doughnuts.
