Like the other 1star reviews. He came told us that the AGA extractor has a broken motor. Took the money. Gave no receipt and never hear from him again since October last year. He never replied to any messages or answers his phone. DO NOT TOUCH THIS CHEATING MAN.

Booked an engineer to fix my freezer…
Booked an engineer to fix my freezer door. came for 15 mins and and said if the problem hasn't resolved would order part and fix. took full payment and gave no recipt. Problem still there. tried to call and text multiple times to come and repair but no response. Don't trust them.

Brilliant dishwasher repair service
The engineer completed the dishwasher repair efficiently and swiftly with the parts to replace what was breaking down. He was pleasant and kept in touch to inform us of his arrival times, which gave us the time to fit around his visits.

An outstanding service
An outstanding service ! Fantastic communication! Explained all that was wrong the parts I needed , and a bonus had them with him to rectify the fault on my Oven. Price was very fair , highly recommended and would definitely call again for any appliance faults
